"YOU GOT AN AARDVARK DICK AND THAT'S WHY YOUR DAD DIED!" Maya yelled out.
Everyone stopped cheering and stood there, jaws practically on the floor.
I was flabbergasted, shocked, befuddled, bewildered, astonished, horrified, stunned, appalled, dumbstruck, dumbfounded, thunderstruck, astounded, startled, awestricken, stupefied, openmouthed, blindsided, dismayed and astounded.
Brandt looked at me with tears in his eyes.
"Hey, Brandt, are you ok?" Dustin asked, putting his hand on Brandt's shoulder.
Brandt looked down, tears threatening to spill.
"Can't believe you'd bring up his dad."
"What the fawk? Come on," Alex shook his head.
Maya and Anna stood there.
I watched from afar, feeling bad for Brandt.
"You can't help it if Dustin's a bitch," Anna blurted out. Oh..ok.
He frowned, "Fuck you!".
A car honked, causing the two best friends to look over.
"Oh, my god, my mom!"
"Go, go," Maya told Anna and they ran off.
Brandt walked to me and I took him to a corner where no one could see us. He quickly started sobbing into me, gripping the sides of my shirt.
His breathing was quick as he hyperventilated. Brandt buried his head in the crook of my neck.
"Shh, it's okay Brandt." I tried to comfort the poor boy.
"I miss him," He told me, quietly.
"I know, I know."
The tears were still coming so I sat us down on the concrete.
Brandt wrapped his arms around me, still crying.
Before his dad died, they were inseparable. Him and Brandt always hung out and went places together.
When he died, Brandt didn't eat or talk to anyone for five days.
Ever since then, I comforted him and made sure he felt loved since his mother was almost never home because of work.
"Do you wanna go to my house?" I asked, looking at him.
