'Raquel' was walking down the street, black earphones in her ears and a big smile spread sweetly across her face. Her knee-length puffy dress bouncing with each step, beautifully matching the soft color of the cherry blossoms on her shoes and her jet black hair dancing in the wind. Her small hand raised at the sight of every kind face and smile. She closed her eyes for a moment, syncing her heart with the beat when suddenly she came into contact with a hard surface. She went flying to the floor, her earphones violently being pulled out of her ears. "Por qué diablos cerré los ojos?" she muttered softly. "Shoot sorry." spoke a quiet deep voice.

'Raquel' looked up and saw a pale hand reaching out towards her. She gently took it and was instantly pulled to her feet, hair flailing and heart beating. She luckily caught herself and took a step back before curtsying. "Thank you and I'm sorry for bumping into you.". She still hasn't moved her eyes from the ground, hoping the person couldn't see the pink tint on her cheeks. "No problem and don't be, I bumped into you." giggled the person. She moved her eyes to the source of the sound and came face to face with a beautiful boy. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie with fluffy black hair, grey-blue eyes and soft freckles dusted over his cheeks.

"Uh I'm Duri." he held out a hand, introducing himself. 'Raquel' was pulled out of her own head and immediately answered with "Sorry I'm Raquel.", taking the tall boy's hand. She gently shook it before letting go and looking for her earphones which were still lying on the floor. Duri noticed that she was in a dress and decided to pick up the earphones for her. He bent down and gently picked up the bunch of wires before handing them to her. She took the wires and wrapped it around her phone. "Thank you" she said smiling before checking the time on her black watch. Suddenly realization hit her. "Oh I have to go, it was nice meeting you." she said running away. "Isanghan yeoja." Duri giggled and put his hands back in his pockets. 'Raquel' kept running until she reached a small bakery. It was called "Birdie's Bakery". 'Raquel' opened the door and heard the familiar noise of the bell ringing. "Good morning Miss Birdie." She said while approaching the counter. a Woman turned around and smiled at the girl. The woman had messy black curls and wore a soft pink apron with flour on it, ironically matching the flour on her cheeks and nose. "Rari good morning, my how have you been?" Miss Birdie said while walking around the counter and approached the girl, catching her in a big hug. "I've been good Miss, how have you been?" 'Raquel' answered while hugging the woman back. "Oh I've been good, my goodness I haven't seen you in so long." Miss Birdie pulled away from the hug. 'Raquel' rolled her eyes playfully. "I was only gone for a week." she smiled.

"So, what would you like today?" Miss Birdie asked while making her way back behind the counter. 'Raquel' thought for a moment and smiled. "Hm can I please get three chocolate muffins, three plain croissants and one box of strawberry macaroons." 'Raquel' pulled out her card from the back of her phone. "My my, hungry are we?" Miss Birdie teased while taking three muffins and putting them in a small box. 'Raquel' giggled. "My mother is hosting a small business gathering to welcome her new coworker.". The familiar sound of the bell rang as a young lady holding a bike helmet entered the bakery. She had curly brown hair with red tips and wore a black jumpsuit, she looked like she was probably in her early 20s. "Rari? Your back!" The young lady ran up to 'Raquel' and hugged her tight. "Vicky!" 'Raquel' hugged the lady back. Vicky pulled away from the hug and stared down at the girl. "How was Hawaii?" Vicky asked while walking around the counter and hugged Miss Birdie. "It was so pretty there, I also bought a few cute towels that I thought you'd like." 'Raquel' handed Miss Birdie her card and watched as she swiped it. Miss Birdie handed the card back to the girl. "Aw thanks so much, I'll pop in tomorrow on my way to work to get them." Vicky smiled. Miss Birdie put the small box of muffins, three bags of croissants and box of macaroons in a plastic bag. She walked around the counter and handed the bag to 'Raquel', giving her one last hug. "Good luck at the gathering my dear oh and tell your mother I say hi." Miss Birdie giggled. "Will do, bye Miss Birdie, bye Vicky." 'Raquel' waved at them and left the bakery. She put her earphones back in her ears and put some music on. She started walking back home, mentally preparing herself for the many hugs she is going to receive once she gets there.
