Francis stood in front of Arthur's house, wondering if he should knock on the door or ring the doorbell nervously. Or, more accurately, whether he should stay or run away out of fear. He took out his phone, using Selfie Mode to look himself over one more time.

Would Arthur like him?

Did he dress up enough?

Arthur didn't say anything about a dress code, anyway, so what if he was too formal by wearing a suit and Arthur opened up the door in his pajamas?

Oh, that would be so embarrassing! Francis thought with horror!

The door opening in front of him brought Francis out of his thoughts quickly, and he immediately shoved his phone into his pocket so that he could greet Arthur properly!

"Francis, hey!~" Arthur smiled happily, and Francis could see that he was dressed up formally himself, much to his surprise. "I'm so glad you could make it!~"

Wow, he cleans up well! Francis thought with awe, suddenly forgetting that he was supposed to say something in return. I can't believe he put so much effort into tonight!

Arthur noticed Francis' shock, and he immediately frowned.

"Um...I'm sorry...." he apologized awkwardly. "This was the best suit I could find on such short notice...."

"Hm?" Francis hummed, breaking out of his thoughts again and seeing Arthur's sad expression. "O-oh, non! Your outfit is amazing, Arthur! It really is, I swear!"

Arthur's eyes brightened, and he blushed a bit at the compliment as well.

"Oh." he smiled softly. "Thank you!~ You look very dashing as well!~"

Francis felt his own cheeks heat up slightly, and he nodded politely.

"Merci," he replied, "but can we possibly take this conversation inside? It's...kind of chilly out tonight."

"Oh, right!" Arthur agreed, stepping aside to let Francis into his house. "I'm sorry! I forget how cold it gets outside sometimes, ha, ha...."

"It's fine," Francis assured him. "I don't suppose you have company over very often?"

"Well, aside from my older siblings and parents," Arthur answered, "not really."

"Really?" Francis echoed. "Not even some mademoiselles?"

Arthur felt his face heat up intensely at the question, and he laughed awkwardly.

"Ah, ha, ha, ha!" he chuckled. "You're hilarious, Francis!~"

Francis raised a brow, confused by Arthur's reaction to his question.

"Am I laughing?"

Arthur went quiet immediately, shaking his head as well.

"No...."

"I don't see why, however," Francis went on. "You are quite good-looking, so I figured that you would have hundreds of women on your arms, honestly. Unless you are a notorious heartbreaker in this city?~"

Oh, Arthur felt like his face was on fire!

However, Francis' attention was soon diverted towards Gilbert and Antonio, and he felt his blood run cold! His head snapped back to Arthur, and Arthur stiffened as well when he saw Francis' glare!

"What kind of kink do you have, Arthur?"

"Kink?" Arthur asked him, standing in between his friends and Francis as well so that a fight wouldn't break out between them. "Fra-Francis, wait a second! These two are my best friends, and roommates! We are not in a relationship, I swear!"
