Jyp entertainment. A place where many people dream of going to. Its a fairytale story for many hopeful trainees.
However, long term trainees like our main character, Bang Christopher Chan. Have seen the other side of this so called fairytale.
Every once in a while, a bunch of fresh trainees successfully apply into the entertainment.
Some debut, some don't.
Every year Chan watched trainees debut into different groups. Living a seemingly 'perfect' life.
When selections for new groups were happening, he sat hopefully. Praying that he would finally debut. That was his dream.
This year, a new bunch had finally joined the entertainment. It wasn't anything special to Chan, just another year.
There were many different faces in the new bunch, not many stuck out to Chan.

While everyone was practicing a new dance. He noticed that many of them has better dancing skills, and better visuals than him.
To him, it seemed unlikely he would be chosen to debut.
Every year, his dorm mates would debut or leave the entertainment, and he'd end up alone for months, awaiting more people.
This year, 7 new trainees joined his dorm. They were named Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, Felix, Jisung, Seungmin and Jeongin.
Their age gap wasn't as big as he had expected.
Chan always tried to befriend dorm mates, wanting to make them more comfortable with the place.
However, they never ended up being special to him, they always just ended up being people he'd remember but never contact.
And he thought these 7 would end up the same.
Out of the 7, he found that Felix was also Australian. He also learnt that each trainee had their special traits.
For example, Minho had great humor and never failed to make them laugh. Changbin had great rap skills, better than he had ever seen. Hyunjin wasn't just his visual and infant had impressive dance skills. Felix unlike his innocent visuals, he cussed a lot and had a lower toned voice. Jisung was the rare all rounder, he could even produce music like Chan. Seungmin had a great voice, suitable for almost any song. And lastly, Jeongin whom was the youngest, had heavenly vocals as well.
Together these 8, could be a perfect group. But that was up to the entertainments decision.
