"I'm also a what?" The princess asked in shock and astonishment.

We were seated across each other between the table inside the library of the manor.

"An Asclepian." I replied slowly, also unsure of my answer, giving her some time to take it all in, and also giving myself time to think about everything that happened as Galahan reported it.

"So, this Asc-le-pee-an thing, have powers of healing?"

"Yes. They are considered to be the 'doctors' of this world."

She was silent for a short while as if contemplating which word suits her best.

"Yes.. I agree with the word Asclepian.. came from the Greek word Asclepius who was the god of healing.."

She said.. mostly to herself.

"Anyway! What about the other word they mentioned--pra? Something.. prada?"

"A pradeshee."

"Right! A pra-de--shee. So, what's that? Sounds like a witch to me, like a banshee"

"Uh.. no. A pradeshee is a term given to those not from this world."

"Like a foreigner?"

"Yes.. if that's what you call that in your world"

"So.. people from earth just go here in and out? Whenever they feel like?" She asked.

I paused before answering her question.

"Err.. we can say for now that there's a portal between earth and this world where people can travel to, it's quite complicated." I managed a simple answer.

"Hmm okay.. anything else?"

I perched my brows, not understanding what she meant.

"Anything else I need to know about my identity? --Identities?" She motioned with her hands.

"You need to know about the dragon's curse." I answered casually.

"Yes! Finally! I've been dying to know about that since yesterday.." She replied with enthusiasm.

I stood up and took the ancient book of dragons just behind me on the book shelf. I opened the middle of a book which showed a picture of a white dragon.

She gasped.

"Lumena.." She whispered.

"I believe you've seen her in Master Edsley's memory?"

"Yes, I did.."

I turned to the next few pages which showed the remains of a hundred year old dragon. It showed its curved spine slightly buried on the ground.

"A long time ago, the Sophronas, the Royal family--" I paused.

"-your family, was cursed by a dragon. The reasons as to why were merely speculations." I paused, gathering enough stamina for this long, and sad tale.

"The curse was acquiring a curved spine resulting to all the Sophronas having a slightly deformed back. It would manifest during adolescence. The curse however, also turned out to be a blessing--"

"Wait, wait, wait.. are you telling me.. that I'm a Sophrona.. because of my curved spine?"

"Yes." I said as-a-matter-of-factly.

She suddenly let out a laugh as if it was the silliest thing she had ever heard.

"I'm sorry to break it to you, Sir Clyde," She said in between laughs.
