Siya came out of the bathroom after taking a shower. She had a towel wrapped around her body and was drying her wet hair with another towel.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door. She knew it could only be Arjun at this time of the night, so she shouted from inside and asked, "What is it?"
"Come to my study room in 5 minutes, I have some work."
He spoke from outside the door and went away.
"This man has no peace at all. He keeps working all day and doesn't let others rest. Today was such a hectic day. I thought I would take a nice shower and then sleep on the bed. I should go now, or else he will come again."
She mumbled to herself.
In a hurry, Siya wore whatever clothes she saw and quickly went towards his study room.
She knocked on the door.
"Come in!"
"Tell me, why have you called me?" She asked in an irritated tone.
Hearing such a tone, Arjun looked towards her, and his breath stopped as soon as he saw her.
She was wearing a thin white shirt and black shorts, and her long legs were visible. On top of that, her hair was wet, with water dripping from it and sliding into the shirt, making it slightly stick to her skin.
"Now say something, or will I have to find an auspicious time for you to speak?" She said, folding her arms.
Arjun came out of his trance.
"Don't you think that you have started talking too much these days?"
He said, while slightly pinching his nose.
"My mouth, my choice."
"God! I don't want to argue with you right now. Come here!" he said.
Siya went and stood next to his chair.
This was the first time Arjun was having trouble with Siya standing close to him.
He cleared his throat and opened a file.
"These are the legal documents of the deal that is going to happen with the Malhotra's tomorrow," he said.
"Okay!"
"The clause numbers 5, 7, and 9 in this document need to be changed."
Listening to Arjun, she started reading them.
"The clauses seem okay," she said after reading.
Arjun looked at her.
"No, these do not follow our company's terms and conditions. That's why they need to be changed."
"Okay! As you say, sir!"
"As soon as you reach the office tomorrow morning, ask Mr. Batra of the Law Department to correct these. This is your responsibility," Arjun explained to her.
"Okay! I will get it done carefully. Should I go now?" she asked.
"Not now, there is one more task for you to do."
Now she got irritated.
"Seriously, Arjun! You're making me work so late at night."
Arjun took out a file from the drawer and handed it to Siya.
