Denki stood outside of class 1A's doors; hesitant to go inside and be surrounded by his friends. But the electric boy knew it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Putting on his best fake smile and stepping inside the class, Denki was immediately surrounded by his friends; all of them asking him questions at the same time.

"Denki, are you okay? What happened yesterday?"

"Denks, is everything alright? You didn't respond to any of our messages."

"Did you get the McDonalds?"

Denki looked at his friends; his fake smile still plastered on his face. "Guys, I'm okay. It was nothing, actually. I just had something in my eye."

The squad looked at each other before looking at the yellow-head in front of them. They could tell he was lying and that he was too afraid to tell them.

"If you say so, Denks, then we believe you." Mina placed her hand on his shoulder; giving him a gentle smile.

Denki nodded and walked to his seat; receiving sympathetic looks and comments from the rest of the class.

"He is not okay. And it's worse to even pry." Bakugo spoke up; his eyes lingering on Denki; not taking his eyes off the electric boy once. The rest of the squad looked at him in surprise. Not once have they thought Bakugo would ever say that.

"Aww, Blasty does care about Denki." Sero teased.

"Shut up before I blast you all the way to hell." Bakugo narrowed his eyebrows; his hands making little explosions.

"Alright class, settle down and take your seats." Mister Aizawa walked into the classroom and stood in front of his desk. His gaze was so dull; it was like he didn't want to be there.

"Kaminari, please see me after class." All eyes were on Denki and the electric boy felt like he was spiraling. "Yes sir."

Denki still felt a pair of eyes on him. He turned to see who was watching him and immediately regretted making eye contact. Bakugo was looking at him but instantly turned away when Denki saw him.

A light shade of pink crept up on Denki's face; his heart was beating out of his chest, he thought someone could hear it.

Just as quickly as it had started, class had ended and everyone had filed out for lunch; except for Denki and mister Aizawa. Denki stared at the ground; not wanting to look his teacher in the eyes.

"Kaminari?" Mister Aizawa spoke up; forcing Denki to look at him. "Is everything okay at home? Is someone bothering you?" As soon as those words left mister Aizawa's mouth, Denki wanted to cry then and there but he composed himself.

"Everything's alright, mister Aizawa." Denki put on his fake smile; trying his best to get his homeroom teacher to believe him.

Mister Aizawa looked at the smaller male in front of him before walking over to him and placing his hand on his shoulder.

"Kaminari, if someone is bothering you, please let me know. I will help you."

Denki looked his teacher in the eyes. There was a glimpse of sympathy and worry in them; as if mister Aizawa really wanted to help him.

"Yes, sensei."
