I wish somebody would understand me,
As much as you did,
Now I just feel lonely, Wishing I could take everything back,
I miss your hugs, I miss your laugh,
I miss all the inside jokes and, How you made me feel relaxed,
I wish I could tell you, How much you inspired me to just live,
I had nothing to believe in, Nobody to guide me home,
Then you showed up, Like a loving warm light,
You lit me up inside, I honestly didn't expect how much I love you,
Even now Im typing this, You made a lasting impression, One that is so missed and loved and needed,
I find it hard to believe that, I could once call you mine, It was so pure and amazing, I never have felt like that,
I never will feel that again I guess, It was nice knowing you,
I will now be at peace with the hole in my heart, Sometimes things are not meant to be, I guess.
