Raven's POV
Right after dad was sentenced James and I put the house up for sale. There were too many bad memories there that we didn't want to remember.
So far no one has bought the house, but we don't really care.
During the trial Grandma and Grandpa Reynolds talked to me. They told me that they were extremely sorry about what Janine did, but they hoped I would forgive her.
I have to admit that in the beginning when I found out it was Janine's fault that I had been taken I was pissed, but then I realized why she did it. She lost her son because of me and I know that must have been a horrible feeling. So she saw it as an eye for an eye. Do I condone what she did? Absolutely not. The fact that she wanted me dead was kind of harsh, but I knew she wasn't in the right state of mind. In the end I forgave her. To this day she is still apologizing to me.
The Wolves were dismantled as a gang. Once my dad was sentenced to jail they realized they had no clue on how to run a gang. The few people that had some power tried to keep them together, but ended giving up.
Most of the guys from the Wolves joined Harry's gang. At first he didn't want to accept them cause he knew they were part of my father's plan to help kill me. It finally dawned on him that for some of those guys this was their lifestyle. They didn't know how to do anything else and it was their only means of making money for them and their families. After he came to this realization he accepted the few that wanted to join.
It's now May 30 and I'm wearing my blue cap and gown.
I know I didn't do the best that I possibly could have this year, but who could if they had to deal with what I did.
The struggle was real.
I somehow managed to get into Washington State University. It turns out everyone thought it would be a good idea to go, because Harry, James, and the rest of the group applied and got in.
You can imagine my surprise when all of them came running into my room yelling and screaming about how they got in.
After multiple discussions we decided to live off campus.
Harry has already found a decent sized house for all of us and the gang that isn't that far from the school.
I tried to convince Harry to give up his gang, but he says he can't. Just like the other guys it's all he knows. I never fought him on it, I just asked him to try and not get us killed by another gang leader, because I can't deal with that. College is gonna be hard enough without having to worry about some crazy person trying to kill me again.
I'm pulled out of my thought when everyone around me starts to scream.
"Come on Hathaway, get excited. We're done!" Niall yells as he shakes my shoulders.
I shake my head and laugh.
"I am happy you idiot. I'm just saving my energy for the party tonight." I yell as we walk out of the stadium.
"Oh shit. I completely forgot about that."
"How could you possibly forget? We've been talking about it all day." I ask him.
He shrugs and walks towards the tree that everyone is gathered around.
"Look at my little sister. It took forever, but she finally made it." James snickers.
"Oh shut up. We all saw you wiping your tears when she walked across the stage to get her diploma." Zayn chastises.
"Shut up Malik. I got an eyelash in my eyes and I couldn't get it out."
