- those who died at the Battle of Hogwarts are still dead, except:
Fred Weasley, Severus Snape, Bellatrix Lestrange, Voldemort, Nagini.
- Mad Eye Moody is also alive.
- Ron and Ginny Weasley are dead (because I don't like love triangles)
- All of Voldemort's horcruxes are destroyed except:
Helga Hufflepuff's Cup, Harry Potter, Nagini, Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem.
