Moving In

Unfortunately there wasn't paint anywhere. Why would there be? This is just a partly ruined house. I think I got too excited. "Sorry Puro, there isn't any paint." I let out a sigh. Maybe we could use dye to paint the walls?" I suggested. "It's okay human, I am just happy to be with you somewhere safe.  I do not care about looks." Hearing that made me blush so hard. He is so cute. "That's a good way to think Puro." I tried hiding a flushed smile. I need to stop feeling like this. What is this..? "Let's hang up your paintings to get it looking good in here." Me and Puro hung up his old paintings and placed them on different parts of the house. I was excited to draw some new pictures with Puro someday. "I'm going to unpack for our bedroom." I dragged the heavy bag of aid to the room that will call mine. "I want to help you unpack human." Puro laid out some cushions on the floor, and after he did that he fixed up his own room. Of course I offered to help too. After unpacking our rooms, we wanted a snack. "Human you hungry? let's eat something." Puro and I ate some snacks together. "Thank you for all of your help Puro." I leaned on him, and I felt warm inside. Some blush appeared on my face, and it felt all okay. It's okay, I think this feeling is comforting. I noticed that Puro had a red face too, it felt nice knowing I wasn't the only one feeling this. We we're currently both leaning our heads together. It feels good, this strong feeling.. but what could it be? I noticed a small patch of grass peaking through the floor. My ears flicked. "Puro look." I shook his shoulder and motioned him to come look. It still looks alive.. "Human.. is that.. grass?" Puro struggled to say the word 'grass'. He looked observant. He lightly touched the grass and rubbed his fingers together. "It feels cold, it's texture is a little identical to a leaf." I didn't say much, and just smiled at his curiosity. It was so cool seeing someone's first reaction to something. "Yeah, they are a similar plant." I said, blushing. "The human outside is still odd to me. I have read about grass, but I have never touched it before." I put my hand on his shoulder and smiled, as he looked at me. "I'm a bit tired, do you want to rest with me, Puro?" I asked, my eyes squinting closed. "Of course human. Puro will relax with you." Puro smiled, and it was as magical as always. I was blushing once more. But I smiled, as the feeling grew on to me, more and more. We layed comfortable in my bedroom, I put my arm on Puro, and I was almost clinging on to his chest then. Puro put his arm around my back, and I could hear his soft breath on me.. I couldn't help but blush again. I love him. ❤
