As time went on, after both boys had told their families, Louis and Harry couldn't bare the weight of their secret any longer. They realised that their happiness was worth more than the fear of judgement from others. They decided to come out as a couple, despite the risks.
With shaking hands and pounding hearts, they made their announcement during a live interview. "Harry and I have something to say. I'm guessing that many fans will probably know, but for those who don't, we're together. We're a couple and so deeply in love with each other".
The response from the media were mixed, but they were overwhelmed with love and support from their fans. They could see how happy this made their fans on Twitter and Instagram, that they knew they were going to be okay. They'll have the fans on their side.
And, from that moment on, their relationship was no longer a huge secret and they didn't have to hide anything anymore. They were spotted holding hands and stealing kisses in public, and fans around the world were beyond thrilled to see their favourite band members in love.
Despite all the pressure from a few of their fans and the media, Louis and Harry remained committed to each other. They faced challenges and obstacles, but they always found a way to overcome them together.
