With Tomura Shigaraki's impending completion as the All For One Quirk accumulated into his body, All For One/Shigaraki prepared to finally pull the trigger on the plan to steal One For All from Izuku Midoriya, thus giving them the power necessary to finally assume world domination.
but their plane failed because the One For All quirk was originaly apart of All For One it would be easy to take back, exept it wasn't while shigaraki's army wasfighting aginst the heroes shigaraki and Izuku were fighting a battle worthy of the ages they were fighting.
(Bakugo's POV)
Smoke, flame, rubble... That was all Bakugou could see. Combined with the pained groans, panicked cries, and despairing whimpers of his classmates, and all the heros, the Explosive Hero knew this was it... This was their darkest hour. And yet... HE fought on...

He was the last one, the rest of 1A was down for the count, awake but too injured to aid All Might's Successor against the Villain's next, inevitable onslaught. the Villain felt the need to sadistically twist the knife, and taunt them over the failure that would inevitably come for them.
They all would've fallen into despair had it not been for the unyielding back that faced them. The undaunted stance of Deku who was their pillar of strength, their unbreakable resolve, their unwavering hope their symbol."
Look at this... I almost feel sorry for you... Almost... So what are you going to do now Heroes? Ready to surrender?" Shigaraki had never bothered to hide his contempt towards the group of Heros, seeing them as nothing but an eyesore that needed to be erased. With all his power, he should be very capable of doing such a thing.
"I don't think you get it, Shigaraki-san... No matter how much you thrash me, I'll never give in... I will give you Hell in my own special way... Until either you go down... Or you vaporize me... There's no going in between..." Midoriya answered. Bakugou, even if Deku was facing away from him, could tell what that nerd's face looked like when he said that, no doubt flashing that stupid smile of his.
"Oh please do explain to me Deku... How are your weak Quirks supposed to stop me? I'm untouchable! Not a scratch on me!" The Shigaraki laughed sickeningly as he flaunted his perfect health which was certainly a grating way to show off his Hyperactive Regeneration and Lizard Tail Quirks. When they first discovered that power, it was the start of their spiral into despair as every last bit of damage inflicted on Shigaraki was restored. He even regenerated the arms and legs Mina melted off his body.
(Deku in thought): he has a point he was currently invincible all his wounds regenerated and all the damage never had an effect."I don't know Shigaraki... But that Doesn't mean I'll stop trying..." Izuku replied, raising bloodied arms and stabilizing his unsteady legs.
