Chiyo had the boy ready for a transfusion within ten minutes of Yamada setting him gently on one of the beds in the infirmary. The other two boys were then hooked back up to fluids and pain killers. Both of them fell asleep fairly quickly after their long night.
But Izuku was still awake. Bleary-eyed but tracking everyone's movements as they all bustled around and settled in for the night. Mic pulled a chair up to his foster son's bed, snagging a freckled hand and gently rubbing a thumb across nicked and scarred knuckles.
Mei found a corner of the floor to use for setting up shop, sorting all three hero student's equipment out around her and setting in on giving it all a proper tune up. Mia settles near her daughter, ready to step in if needed in the name of keeping the infirmary in one piece.
And Hitoshi claimed a bed of his own, phone out as he caught up on a mythology podcast he had been neglecting. Once Aizawa was sure everything was well enough he headed to Nezu's office. He knew Recovery Girl had let the mammal know what was going on. And that he would have headed to his computer in the name of fixing any issues he could.
And with the sheaf of papers under his arm the underground hero was pretty sure he could argue there was a major issue.

The dawn eventually came. Hatsume-san had eventually needed to snag her groggy daughter out of the floor. She was originally going to dump her in a bed of her own but when Hitoshi had seen her heading that way he had lifted his own blanket and scootched over. And how could she say no to that?
Honestly those two were more like siblings than any real siblings she had ever seen. And no one could deny that in this situation cuddles were a great idea. So she settled her baby girl down and made herself useful in cleaning up the nearly completely checked over equipment from the floor. Piling it neatly on the bedside tables as the kids rested.
After the sun was well and truly up she and Yamada had a quick discussion before she did what she always does in the name of caring for people. She goes out to find some good soul food.
By the time the boys were groggily sitting up to face the day the woman was back with her bounty in tow. She went with a traditional breakfast, for Americans at least. A 24 hour cafe supplied her with plenty of bacon, eggs, and sausage. And then a run to a nearby bakery actually had donuts. So she set up her take out boxes on one of the rolling tables and as the kids woke up she made them plates of greasy, sugary, heaven.
Izuku was the last, besides Mei who would probably be down for a few more hours, to wake up. He sat up slowly with regards to the stitches holding him together. When he saw the donuts he practically lit up in excitement. He promptly asked for the chocolate one with rainbow sprinkles. Mia just grinned and plated him up his requested sweet and some other odds and ends.
After he was done eating Yamada stood from his chair in the corner and came to sit on the edge of his bed handing him his charged hearing aids. "Ok kiddo. Time for 20 questions. I texted Chiyo when you woke up and she should show up soon so let's get a head start ok?" The teen sighed but nodded, noticing that Mia had gone over to speak to the other two patients.
