The Abduction of Creighton Birkin

Creighton and Lady Agatha went to visit the sanctuary together. They left Liam with Carrie and Ashley. Creighton put daisies on Agatha's family altar. Agatha felt totally at peace. Each of them took a glance at her rested parents and brother Arley. Creighton grips Agatha's left hand tightly as she stands there silently.

"I'll promise that I will take good care of Agatha for you." Creighton firmly said.

"And, I'll promise that I will cherish Creighton and his son as my own, my family," Agatha added as they both looked and smiled at each other.

They came back to the mansion at noon and had their lunch in the kitchen together with Butler Donald, Carrie, and Ashley. Liam was now sitting on a baby chair with his own food plate and spoon and enjoyed his meal.

"Mother and Uncle, have you noticed Lady Agatha's face and Creighton's face?" the nosy Ashley.

"I don't see anything new Ashley," Carrie said putting butter on her bread while Butler Donald, enjoy his smoked ham on the sliced bread.

"Not that mother, they both look blooming. Did something happen between the two of you last night?" Ashley bluntly teased while holding the spoon on the table.

Creighton choked from his drink and cleared his throat. Lady Agatha flushed as she looked away. Carrie slightly smacked her daughter's head from behind.

"What the heck are you talking about? That's for adults only." reprimanded her daughter.

"But I am an adult, too, mother."

"Even, so. Just eat your lunch quietly." Carrie said with a furrowed face towards her daughter.

"Geez, what did I do?" Ashley mumbled looking away from her mother as she chewed her food.

Butler Donald and Creighton went to the manufacturing company where he taught him the different operations in each department from receiving area, production process, quality control, assurance, packaging, and labeling before selling it overseas or within the City of Dale. Unfortunately, while they were in the packaging area, Lord Douglas Ashton arrived without notice with his right hand (who will eventually do the dirty work towards Creighton).

As he approached them with his arrogant and frowning countenance, it disturbed Butler Donald. Creighton, on the other hand, just gazed. Lord Douglas ignored the kind greeting from Butler Donald and instead stared at Creighton.

"I see that you're still here, Creighton. I thought we had a nice talk at the Ball Party last time, but I believe you have taken my word lightly" he reminded him of the conversation they have but Creighton is no longer afraid or shaken by his words.

"I did not take your word lightly, Sir Douglas. I just realize that no matter what happened I will protect Agatha and will stay by her side."

"Agatha?! You're calling her name now? hahaha!" Lord Douglas exclaimed and laughed at him.

"Do you think calling her Agatha will get you a chance to marry her, just by being by her side?! What a fool you are. Agatha has no intention to marry anyone, not like you." tried to manipulate Creighton with his words.

While the workers peek curiously into the packaging area and whisper to one another, Butler Donald is ready to intervene.

"Lord Douglas, this is not the place -" and interrupted by Creighton.

"I believe you misunderstood, Lord Douglas. Whether Agatha will marry me or not, it's her choice. It's her decision to make. I have no right to ask her to marry me either because what truly matters right now, is we love each other, whether you like it or not as her uncle." he firmly said straight to his face without fear and without trembling his knees. Lord Douglas's right hand was observing the situation (to come up with the best plan --- to crumble Creighton)

Lord Douglas got furious and harshly threw the folder in Creighton's face. "What?! You imbecile, Lowly Man! You have no right to be with my niece." He was stopped by his right hand, Antonio.

"Lord Douglas, calm yourself, people are looking at you right now," Antonio said as Lord Douglas gazed at the people around. He calmed down and looked at Creighton furiously and left. Creighton looked him in the eye without a word but a face of courage, as he flinched his hands.

"Are you alright Creighton?" Butler Donald worriedly said.

"Don't worry, Sir Donald. I said what I needed to say. So, it's only a matter of time before he would do something." Creighton said and smiled. But Butler Donald has an eerie feeling about it when he sees Antonio's presence.

Butler Donald and Creighton went back to the office to relax after such a commotion and confrontation with Lord Douglas Ashton. As the sun sets, Butler Donald arranged the documents to bring with them for Lady Agatha's approval. As they left the building and the driver was waiting inside the car, two unexpected men just came from behind and smashed Creighton's head with a 2 by 2 wood, after which he fell on the ground, unconscious. Butler Donald shouted when he saw him on the ground, and another man came to smash his head as well. The driver saw everything that happened. He hurriedly got out of the car and saw the two men carrying Creighton, unconscious, with a bleeding head. They put him inside the car, and the car runs off hastily.

The driver came to wake up Butler Donald, but his head was also bleeding. He hurriedly took him to the nearest hospital. While Butler Donald was unconscious and getting treated, the driver asked the nurse to look after him as he needed to go back to the mansion and inform Lady Agatha about the incident.

Lady Agatha was playing with Liam while Ashley helped her set up the choo choo train toys when the driver barged into the door in a haste. Lady Agatha and Ashley were startled. He was catching his breath, sweating anxiously.

Ashley stood up from the floor with two hands on her waist.

"Hey! Bernie, can you not even knock?" scolded him. Lady Agatha stood up as she picked up and carried Liam.

"What's with the barged Bernie, where's Donald and Creighton? Why do you look like you've seen a ghost? Why is there blood on your clothes?" Lady Agatha said as she started to get worried.

"I'm sorry, Lady Agatha. Two men just smashed Butler Donald and Creighton's heads when they left the building." Anxiously said. His forehead sweat tensely.

Lady Agatha was stunned and gave Liam to Ashley. Ashley was in disbelief too.

"What did you just say? Where are they now?" Lady Agatha worried face.

"Butler Donald is in the near hospital but Creighton -"

"What about Creighton? Where is he?" Lady Agatha's tense tone. Ashley looked at Lady Agatha's worried face.

It took a while for the driver to say it.

"I said where is he?!" she exclaimed, clutching her hands.

"They took him, Lady Agatha. I'm sorry - I don't know where they took him."

"What?!" Lady Agatha felt eerie as she sat down on the floor, shocked.

Ashley put Liam down on the floor. He was confused about what was going on. Ashley, comforted Lady Agatha to calm her down. She asked the driver to wait outside for them to go to the hospital with him, and to report the missing person to the police.

Lady Agatha was able to get help from Brighton to accompany her to the police which he gladly did. Brighton has a strong connection with the Head of the Police Chief and instructed two policemen with their partners to look at every corner of the city. Liam was left at home with Ashley and Carrie who were also worried. They put Liam to sleep as they were waiting for Lady Agatha to come back.
