Even thought Terran Imperium's relations with Rloy's Republic are stabilized but still this leaves a great shock to Rloys...

More necessities were allowed for trade between these two races..

New technological breakthroughs were achieved thanks to the alien ruins on Terran colonies...

Current ruins unfortunately don't have much of a importance to Terran Imperium seeing that ruins are not so advanced as Terrans technology.. Age of the ruins was discovered to be at least few hundred years old...

Officially now all ships can use cloacking technology... Ships such as Leviathan-Class Battlecruisers were modernized...

Warp drives were improved and more calculated making travel faster and safer.,...

TI 2503 1st july

After talks with Rloy's Republic delegations and Terran Imperium diplomats it came to an agrement, Terrans will uplift Rloys but in return Terrans will be allowed to make mixed colony on Rloys System with Rloys themselfs of course...

But not only that it also came to few more diplomatic actions, such as Non-Aggresion pact and Rloys will gave few samples of their ships...

It was decided that Rloys with Terran scientist will develop new ftl way of traveling instead of using warp drive..

Terran scientist presented new ftl drive which is slower two times than warp drive but it can be improved in all paths.. After technology  was presented to Rloys they would begin to change and improved in their image..

TI 2503 16st July.

Mixed colony was established on Rloys new planet... Currently have population of few hundred thousands of Terrans and Rloys.... Slight versions of xenophobia showed up but with Emperor John's words all are silenced...

At the creation of mixed colony both Rloys president and Emperor John showed up .. To proclaim beginning of great friendship ..
It was first time that Rloys have seen the Emperor of Terran Imperium...

Plans for bases on colony from both Rloys and Terrans were approved..

Even though language is still a problem between inviduals new data's  about Terran language and Rloys language were created to solve the problem plus Adjutants are great help with this dilema...

John's speech on the planet colony in Rloys system..

John's POV

"Sir, you may begin your speech , it will be broadcast on all channels in Terran Imperium and Rloys Republic" Confirmed reporter...

"Then I'll begin." I said before walking to the platform... " I'm proud to announce first ever mixed colony and positive friendship in my racer's history" Adjutants were working on translation...

Thousands of people were in front of John from both races...

"We may find walls and enemies to our prosperity in future!" before sighting " But that also could mean more allies, we the Terrans are going to establish many more positive relations with your race!"

"This may come as a culture shock to you all. This colony will be pride for both of our societyes... It will be protected by both Terran and Rloys fleet."

Few hours later of boring but useful speech about future relations...
