It was a bright and early morning and the sun was rising from its slumber as the light crept into a large and messy room, this room belonged to non other than Beth McCallister. She groaned slightly in annoyance as the beam of light trickled down upon her face, her light golden locks lay flat and mangled on her pillow before being pulled up by her forcing herself to sit up. She let out a rather large yawn and stretched her arms out in front of her, glaring as her two different skin pigments with a form of disgust plastered onto her face before slumping out of bed and heading to the bathroom to shower. As she shut the door behind her, she let out a soft sigh and turned on the shower, placing her hands on either end of the sink she glanced long and hard into the mirror and saw the pair of hazel eyes staring back at her.
After what felt like hours she stepped carefully out of the shower and headed back into her room to change. A large, cream woolly jumper which fell off her right shoulder, a pair of soft black leggings, brown ugg boots and messy space buns to top off the look. She shuffled over to her mirror once more, forced a big smile upon her face and took a look at the photo she shoved into the corner of her and Claire as kids, as she looked harder and harder at this photo she felt a sharp pain in her chest which caused her to rush herself downstairs and out the house to head to school.
Along her journey she came across a tall yet gentle giant with scraggly blonde hair in front of her. She hurried herself to catch up with him and lightly tapping him on the shoulder causing him to jump slightly in shock. "Long time no see Chris, how you doing on this fine morning?" Beth said in a forced chipper tone. Chris stared down at Beth revealing his slightly out of shape nose which was broken during a rugby tournament a month ago, he gave a half hearted smile towards Beth "long time no see indeed, you scared me half to death Beth." Chris had on a red and white jersey, white three days grace shirt, blue ripped jeans and ankle high converses. Both of his hands were what looked like to be glued into his pockets until a short scraggly boy came running over and ripped his hand away. "Hey Jax, like the hair, did you do it yourself again or did your dad do it?" Beth spoke as Jax grinned. "Sup Beth, Chris. Yeah, I did it myself cause I got sick of it getting in the way", Jax had bright ginger hair tied up in a man bun, he wore a lot of black and chains yet had the same Three Days Grace shirt as Chris.
As the three of them kept walking they soon approached the gate in which held the twins Henry and Hannah, Henry had a grey shirt, joggers, black zip up hoodie, big circular glasses and a Final Fantasy Advent Children backpack on. Hannah on the other half had on a pink juicy tracksuit on and a small handbag, her brown hair pushed up into a ponytail. They grouped up and said good morning to each other, Chris and Jax had stopped holding hands at this point in time to avoid getting looked at funny or slurs thrown at them, after a bit of socialising they bid their farewells and headed off to their classes for the morning.
