When Yamada found them the man almost broke down the door to the room they had been given. Storming in and over to them without a word before snagging Izuku out of the chair he was in and dragging him and Hitoshi unto a hug. "I was so scared for you two!" He sobbed before biting his lip, obviously a way to remember to control his quirk.
That made Izuku feel aweful, the repercussions of what he did in running off hitting him all at once. He felt tears fill his eyes at the realization that he had scared his foster parents, and probably Mia and Mei as well. All because he was too stubborn to stop and think for a moment.
"I'm sorry." He whimpered where his face was pressed against the man's chest. "I just- I couldn't stand back. They took TOSHI and I couldn't- I couldn't-" There he broke into sobs. The stress he had been under rushing in and taking over now that one of his heroes was there to protect him.
He felt it as Hitoshi also started crying, shaking where he was pressed up against him and instantly felt ever worse, who was he to cry when he had brought his situation on himself. Hitoshi had been Kidnapped. He deserved Yamada's attention tight now, not Izuku.
The greenette started to pull away, to give the two of them some space, but Yamada wouldnt loosten his hold. And after a second Shinso snagged a hand in his hospital issued top. The small teen got the message and continued to let himself be cuddled, trying to push down the feelings of regret and inferiority.

By the time Aizawa reached the hospital it was well after midnight. He had been stuck at the scene helping the other heros with the aftermath of the altercation for several hours, all while he ached to go and find his family.
Eventually the last confirmed perpetrator was hunted down and the heroes were released as the police took over. He took off over the rooftops as soon as he was free of the warehouse district, racing towards the hospital where Yamada had told him they all ended up.
Heading straight for their room when he got there. Ignoring the concerned nurses who fluttered along behind him trying to check him for injuries. He opened the door to the room number he had been texted and almost slumped in relief at the sight that greeted him on the other side. Hizashi held up a finger to his lips to keep him from saying anything to wake the two boys who were sprawled across his lap and leaned against his chest.
Aizawa could guess how Hizashi had ended up on the bed under their boys. Honestly it looked far too tempting for himself as well. But he wouldn't risk waking the two exausted teens if he didn't need to. Instead he allowed an older and more persistent nurse to lead him over to a chair, ignoring her grumbled complaints about heros who don't listen.
She made him strip so they could check him over, thankfully not demanding he go back to the intake area to fill out his paperwork. He had a few burns from when he the girl with the tranformation quirk and the guy with the blue fire teamed up on him, and a couple of scrapes and scratches from falls and tumbling through the rubble. But over all he was well enough off.
And according to his husband so were their kids. Izuku only had a few cuts from when Aizawa had almost been too slow in saving him, Hitoshi was dehydrated, there were some reopened scars on the bottom of his jaw from the muzzle, his shoulder had been reset and would need a sling for a few days, and there were sores around his wrists from the cuffs. But he was alive and there would be no lingering physical damage.
