Chapter 12~the truth

Skye's POV
We needed to find shelter, but if we ever get that feeling again we are leaving.
I saw hunter running away.
i looked and saw 10 limpers
"Shit we gotta run every one find somewhere to hide."
We found a car and jumped in the limpers were far behind us.
So they didn't see us run into the car good we hid. "It's getting dark but he still need to hide, we don't want the limpers to see us." I saw the herd and I told everyone to duck.
I woke up to the sound of an owl hooting. I looked over at hunters watch it said 12:00 uh twelve o'clock at night I looked over and saw Kara and and Olivia sleeping curled up beside hunter, it was cute.
I decided to stay awake until morning or when hunter woke up so he could watch.
Soon I fell asleep with out knowing it. I woke up in the morning looking out the window to see limpers hitting the window, trying to get in but it was ok because there was only 2, I turned around and saw hunter looking at me with Kara and Olivia still next to him.
I chuckled a little bit.
"Hunter I'm just going to open the door and kill these limpers and then we can go on our way."
"Ok"
I opened the door and killed the limpers and called them outside.

Hunters POV
I heard Skye call my name so I woke up Olivia and Kara and told them to get out of the car so we could get on the road.
We got out and started walking.
It felt like forever when we found a little town, it was empty.
We walked through the town and saw giant spokes with limpers trying to get the birds and mice in the cages that were in the centre.
I looked over at Skye and saw her starting to cry.
"What's wrong Skye."
"Just... nothing I'm fine."
i walked over to her
"No your not tell me please."
"Remember my uncle,aunt, and cousin,"
"Ya."
"They lived here but I don't know if they are still alive."
"Oh let's go find some where to stay."
"Ok."
Skye's POV
Uh why did we have to stumble across this town, I want to know if some of my family is ok.
"Hunter."
"Ya."
"I need to go somewhere stay here."
"Where are you going."
"I'm looking for the picture."
"What picture."
"Why are you so worried about me."
"I am your boyfriend don't you remember or do you not care about me anymore, because you haven't said I loved you or even kissed me in over a month, I want to know if your alright."
"I.. I.. hunter I'm sorry I didn't mean too."
But then he cut me off
"No you can go find your picture I don't even care if you die."
"Hunter."
"No leave me alone."
He walked off with Kara and Olivia.
I fell to the ground and started to cry.
I'm such an asshole I don't even care for my own boyfriend, what kind of girl am I.
I heard Kara come running back to me.
I looked up.
"Skye."
"What."
"Come with me we need to find food."
"Ok."
I knew what she was trying to do, make me forget what happened.

Kara's POV
I can't believe what hunter said I saw Skye tears in her eyes when hunter grabbed my arms and pulled me inside a store.
Once we were in he let go.
I walked over to Olivia and told her to go to another room, I had a few words to a say to my brother.
once Olivia left I let out my rage.
"Hunter why in the world would you say something like that, are you fucking crazy."
"Kara we don't sat swears."
"I don't care, we are in the apocolipse, but you need to go say your sorry to Skye, she is your girl friend, you are being stupid."
"I'm being stupid?!."
"Yes."
He walked away, not toward the door but toward where Olivia was.
I walked out and ran to Skye.
"Skye." I yelled
I heard a mumbled what.
I had to think of something fast.
"Come with me we need to find food."
"Ok."
Hunters POV
I can't believe I yelled at Skye after what Kara said I feel really bad,
I got Olivia and told her we are going outside to find Skye and Kara.
We walked out of the building and heard screams.
I ran around the corner with Olivia and saw Kara and Skye fighting off a ton of limpers.
"SKYE!!"
I had my bow and arrows in hand running toward them.
And of course yelling attracted the limpers.
All the limpers came after me and I saw Skye still fighting, I had to act fast I saw Olivia stabbing some in the head.
Got it, I still need to practice shooting a bow but I I knew that I could wack them in the head.
I started hitting them in the head, killing them.
*few minutes later*
Skye's POV
After all the limpers were dead I walked over to hunter.
"Hunter."
"No, I'm sorry, I should've not yelled at you, saying that you should die, I'm really sorry, can you for give me?"
I started to cry
"I already have."
I leaned up and kissed him
I could hear Olivia and Kara making grossed out sounds.
I broke from the kiss and started chuckling.
I turned to Olivia and Kara.
Olivia looked up at me.
"Skye who is your uncle, auntie, and cousin?"
"Rick, Lori, and Carl grimes."
