The flames of the remains of the transportation I once was in, melt the snow around us, burning my flesh as I limp away from the warmth of the fire behind me

My blood dripping down on the white snow.

As I limp through the dense fog of the snow around me, my thoughts came and spoke

"This was suppose to be a search and rescue mission, but why send one man to save a whole civilized planet?"

As I press further into the dark woods the biting cold trying to take me away in the winds of this dreaded planet, a large figure can be seen through the blinding winds of the cold. Each step that was taken forward the figure became clear, it was a cabin.

With only so little options, I can only enter hoping nothing bad may occur.

As I enter checking every corner before going further inside, I find skeletal remains of a person.

I checked his name tag of what used to be the camp counselor, Judging by his ware I knew it was.

It Seems to be not everyone survived the sudden events on this planet.

I ripped their clothes to use it as bandages but it needs to be purified first before use.

The cabin may have equipment somewhere that could treat my bad condition.

As I looked around, I saw a poster of the company I used to work for

In bright jolly like letters it's says
"JC Jhenson in Spaaaaace".

" God what a bullshit name" my thoughts whispered.

Looking at this poster. I remembered having a poster like this back at my private quarters, next to my planning board and workbench. Until I took it down to make more room for some other posters I wanted to put up.

It was also the same day I was called in for another mission. Which will soon lead me to my bad arrival on this exoplanet I'm currently on.

After looking at the poster, I went to find a good place to start a fire inside without burning down the cabin. If the fire was made outside sure as hell it won't last, neither will my dying body, so I checked the rooms searching for any material that could help.

Each rooms were dusted and cold, but still had some supplies left behind. I found a lighter in one of the drawers and a flashlight on the table next to the bunk bed. But what really made me feel so lucky was finding a medical kit.

I wasted no time patching myself up.

After doing so the feeling of such relief washed over me, my mind was able to think clearly again thanks to the morphine.

As I sat on the floor, taking the opportunity to collect my thoughts, I came into sudden realization. That I had a robot arm that I stole from an innocent bystander earlier.

My mind clears up more and I clearly remembered when I crashed I lost my arm in the wreckage because it was stuck under a steel plate.

As I crawled out of the burning ship, I saw a worker drone those things the company made to mine exoplanets and do their dirty work.

Without a thought I attacked the drone and started brutally beating it ripping off its arm and started putting in my empty socket.

"God... What the fuck was I thinking".

As I drained the oil out of the arm I began placed it on my empty socket. A sudden feeling of sensation came, like my arm was back but unable feel anything with it. I looked at the robot arm and it was moving to my will.
