Alara's New Form

Three days have passed since Alara acquired her Dark Temptress form and she'd been in her training room experimenting with it ever since. She reels her arm back as her claws glow with Heaven's light. Alara then slashes forward and opens a portal. Hell's Chains then shoot forward from the portal that would, in theory, tear through her opponent. Alara frowns before closing the portal back, making the chains disappear. "That doesn't seem right. Everything feels a bit, cluttered. My powers are all there, all in one place, but they're too close together. I need to find a way to make things feel less compact." Alara says as she looks down at her hands. She powers back down to base form and looks around the empty training room. "Maybe a training partner would help. Someone to test these skills out on would be more effective than punching a padded wall all day." Alara says to herself. She leaves the training room and goes outside her house. Alara looks up at the sky and thinks. "I'll need to go pretty far from here though. I've only just gotten myself back off the grid. Too many noisy neighbors around here." Alara says as she flies off into the sky. After a few minutes she finds herself in Universe 10. Alara flies through the cosmos with a bored expression. "Ugh. Maybe I've gotten too strong for my own good. I haven't felt a remotely strong power level since I started. How boring..." Alara says to herself. As she flies around the deep space of Universe 10, she feels two larger but comparatively insignificant power levels headed straight for her. Thinking it might just be a coincidence, Alara ignores it. This is until she actually sees two people headed towards her in the distance. Alara sighs and rolls her eyes. "Great. Clearly they're both coming this way. Can't you idiots see that I'm busy here?" Alara says in an annoyed tone. She stops to see who's pursuing her, and once the two are in range Alara can get a good look at them. They stop a few yards in front of her, both wearing the garments of a God of Destruction and Angel. The God of Destruction appears to be a human woman with short brown hair wearing blue and white Kabuki face paint. They're also listening to music with a pair of earbuds while gently tapping their foot to the beat. The Angel is a more aged looking man with black hair with some grey spots in it. He also has a black and grey beard with tanned skin. Alara sighs and facepalms. "Oh God dammit, not more Gods of Destruction. I just got finished dealing with this shit." Alara complains. The Angel turns toward the God of Destruction. "Is this the one you felt the disturbance coming from, Lord Morrigan?" The Angel asks. Morrigan doesn't answer, still having their eyes locked on Alara. The Angel quickly gets annoyed and nudges the God in the side. "I'm talking to you!" The Angel says annoyed. "Hm?" Morrigan than turns to face him. "Is this the one you were looking for?" The Angel repeats, significantly more annoyed this time.

Morrigan pauses. Then smiles and turns back to Alara. "Yea, this is the one for sure. I can't feel a lot of power coming off of her... but what I can feel is that she's an anomaly. There's something reeeeeaaal abnormal about her, and I don't like it. Even if she is a woman, she needs to be destroyed." Morrigan says with a high, yet soft and feminine voice. Alara throws her head back and laughs. "Ahahahahaha! I need to be destroyed, do I??? Ah, I've heard that one more than a few times. And yet here I stand. What makes you think you'll fair any better, little girl?" Alara says to Morrigan. Morrigan giggles and turns to the Angel again. "She's funny, isn't she Barco?" Morrigan asks playfully. "Not exactly what I'd call amusing. She seems a touch unhinged, Lord Morrigan. Are you sure fighting her is a good idea?" Barco asks. Morrigan nods. "Definitely. I have a job to do. Just let me get my playlist ready..." Morrigan says as he starts messing with his music player. Alara raises an eyebrow. "What the hell is she doing? She's not gonna fight me with those things in her ears, is she?" Alara asks with a chuckle. "I'm afraid so. Lord Morrigan claims it helps him... find the rhythm of his opponents." Barco says. Alara pauses and raises an eyebrow. "Wait... him?" Alara asks slowly. "Oh yes. An easy mistake to make. Lord Morrigan isn't a woman. He's a cross dressing man." Barco explains. Alara's eyes widen to comical proportions and a large bead of sweat rolls down her face. "What?!? Are you serious???" Alara looks at Morrigan again who's still messing with his music player. "Well that's a pretty convincing getup. Had me fooled at least. Damn, he's almost prettier than my daughter..." Alara says mostly to herself. Morrigan puts his music player back in his pocket and raises his hands to the air. He then conjures what look like two Japanese Sensu fans in each hand. "Okay, I think I'm ready now." Morrigan says as he fans himself. Alara regains herself and looks at Morrigan again. "Are you now? I don't have all day." Alara says impatiently. "In that case then... let's get movin' and groovin'!" Morrigan says as he throws his fans out to Alara. They move to either side of her and close in on her neck. Alara ducks down before the fans can decapitate her and quickly dashes up to Morrigan. She punches Morrigan up into the air, driving the air from his lungs and sending flying. Morrigan catches himself and summons his fans again. "Woo! You hit hard. Let's bring the beat in!" Morrigan says as he raises both fans over his head. They spin around and a tornado appears all around Alara and obscures her vision. Curiously, Alara waits to see what will happen. "I haven't found her rhythm yet. But let's see if she can keep up with mine." Morrigan says to himself.
