"Focus on your light." Chan demanded, holding his hands out for Felix to take. Felix took them and closed his eyes. Chan had no idea how to help Felix, but he figured it wouldn't hurt to start just by meditating.
He, Felix, and Hyunjin were sitting in a meadow as they waited for everyone to pack everything up. They'd decided not to tell the crew about Felix's magic, but they did tell them that Felix needed help with something, so them disappearing didn't cause any alarm. .
Truthfully, neither of them were much help, but Felix appreciated them anyway. He couldn't connect to his light then, and he couldn't now. He had no idea how to activate it.
"I don't think this is working." Hyunjin said, voicing Felix's thoughts.
"Alright, we'll just have to continue this sometime later." Chan said with a quiet sigh.
Felix nodded in understanding. "We should get back to camp. They're probably almost finished." Hyunjin said, standing up and dusting off his pants.
When the three of them got back, the camp was completely picked up. It looked as if they had never been there in the first place.
As soon as Felix was within twenty feet of where the camp had been, he was ambushed by a small silver wolf.
"Rora!" Felix laughed as his youngest sister headbutted him in the stomach.
Felix shifted and leapt at Aurora, knocking the younger wolf over. The younger hadn't quite grown into her wolf yet, so she was still a lot smaller than her older werewolf siblings. She was about the size of a dog while Felix, Minho, and Seungmin were two sizes bigger than a normal wolf. The younger triplets were only slightly bigger than Aurora. That meant they had to be a lot more cautious when playing with Aurora or the triplets, but they didn't mind.
Out of her wolf form, Aurora was a tall girl at sixteen summers. She looked the least like Felix or any of her other siblings, and from what Felix could remember, she didn't look like either of their parents either. She had long white hair that shimmered in the sun and soft blue eyes that reminded Felix of the ocean. She was also much paler than the rest of her siblings because she didn't tan as easily.
"Be careful, you two. I'm not helping you if you get bruises," Hinata said through their mind link as she approached them in her wolf form. Her wolf had pure-white fur, although it shined pink when she was in direct sunlight. Out of all of them, Felix had to admit that her wolf was the prettiest.
She was followed by Minho, also in wolf form. His wolf had white fur with black spots.
"Hey, Spot," Felix said, laughing down the mind link when Minho huffed.
"I told you not to fucking call me that." Minho sneered, snapping his jaws at his twin.
Felix just laughed and trotted over to where the others were gathered, butting his head against Hinata's shoulder. Despite towering over Felix when the older was not in wolf form, Hinata was only a few inches taller than Felix's wolf form. However, Felix's wolf dwarfed Hinata's wolf.
"Hi, Lix." Hinata's voice echoed in Felix's head. Usually, they wouldn't be able to communicate in their heads when one of them wasn't shifted, but they were both pack and family so special allowances were given. One of them had to be shifted, though.
"Hi, Hina. Are you ready?" Felix asked, leaning down.
Hinata nodded with a soft smile and looked ahead. She liked to wait to shift until absolutely necessary.
Minho, Seungmin, Astraea, Aurora, and Jeongin sidled up next to Felix and Hinata, all shifted, waiting for Chan to mount his horse.
While they waited, Felix heard the sound of wings fluttering and looked over to see Pandora flying towards them. She had a mischievous look on her face and Felix barely had time to react before the fairy girl flew into Hinata and knocked her over.
