My name is y/n. I'm a college student in New York. What people all know about me is that I LOVEE Taylor swift.
She is my idol and I lover her so much. I saw her once when I was 7 years old. That is most likely gonna be my only time I saw her.
"Y/n can you help me with something real quick?" My best friend Sam ask me
Sam has been my best friend since we were 4 years old. She stood by my side. She knows how much I love taylor.
"Yea sure what is it?" I ask
"Umm so I need help picking out an outfit" she says
I was soooo confused.
"Outfit? For what?" I ask
"To a concert that we are going to in 10 days" sam says
I was so confused cause we don't have a concert to go to.
"Um sam we arent going to a concert" I say
"Girlll yes we are i got us tickets you will love it" she says smiling
"I know that face what are you up to?" I ask
"How much do you love me?" She ask
I got scared and wondered why is she acting like this.
"I love you alot your my best friend now what are you up to?" I ask
"I got us tickets to your favorite person in the whole world. Floor seats in 10 days and we get a meet and greet" sam says
I stood there with my mouth open.
"Who is the arist?" I ask
I kinda have a thought about who it is but I didnt want to say anything.
"TAYLOR SWIFTTTT" sam screams
"Your lying you have to be there is no way you got tickets to a taylor swift concert. Sam you know how much I wanted to go see her?" I say excited
"Yess I knew you wanted to see Taylor again and i saw online she was on tour so I got you a ticket to go see her" sam says
I ran to sam and hugged her tight while saying thank you over and over again.
20 minutes later
I was scrolling on insta when I saw Taylor posted about coming to my state in 10 days. I got all happy and I liked it.
"Let's go shopping for our outfits" sam says coming into the room
I nodded and got up and got ready to head to the mall.
"Who's driving do you want to drive or me?" I ask
"I can drive" sam says
"Fine but I call the aux cord" I say
Sam just rolls her eyes and shakes her head while smiling a little.
When we were all done getting ready we got in the car. I started playing music and of course it was taylor cause we have to get ready.
My favorite song all too well the 10 minute version came on and I looked at sam and smiled then looked back in front of me and sang my heart out.
"You are so weird" sam says shaking her head while driving
We got to the mall after 37 minutes of driving and we walked inside.
"Ok lets find something casual but something cute and concert appropriate" sam says
"No we can do that have you seen what everyone is doing? They are dressing up like Taylor's M/Vs and in her outfits she wore during concerts and stuff. We have to find something like that." I say
"But I don't like wearing sparkly things" sam says whining
I just gave her the stare
"Fine fine fineeee I'll wear sparkly stuff" sam says
I smiled and walked into a store in the mall.
Me and sam are the only ones in her besides the workers and 3 other people. The store is usually packed but I guess not today.
Sam left me to go look for her outfit and I was alone so I put in one air pod while the other ear is free so if sam needs me I can hear her.
Willow by Taylor swift was playing from my Taylor swift playlist and I started to hum the words.
I wasn't paying attention and I bumped into someone.
"I'm so sorry I was trying to shop but I got distracted and wasn't paying attention" I say nervous
"No no your ok. What song are you listening to? It sounds familiar" the lady ask
The lady was wearing a mask and a hat so I couldn't see her face but the voice sound so familiar.
"It's called willow by Taylor swift" I say
"Do you like taylor?" She ask
"With my whole heart I started listening to Taylor when she first became a singer and released her debut album. I'm going to see her in 10 days I have floor seats I'm so excited" I say jumping
I can tell the lady was smiling while I told her I was seeing taylor soon.
"That's cool she's doing the eras tour right?" She ask
"Yes she is singing couple songs from each era she has. I'm excited" I say
Little do I know though the lady talking to me is Taylor swift. Why is she in my state early i do not know but she is here and I still don't know it just thinking it's some nice lady.
"What are you gonna wear to the concert?" The lady ask
"I do not know to be honest. I don't know what era I want to dress up as." I say
The lady looked at me.
"You give off reputation so I think you should wear something from that album" she says
"Really? I never thought I give off reputation vibe" I say
"You do and you will look great in it. But whatever you wear I'm sure you will look absolutely beautiful." She says
I started to blush but hide it cause I don't like showing that im blushing in front of people especially not to sam.
"Is it ok if I can get your number so we can talk more?" The lady ask
"Yea of course and when I pick out an outfit I can show you" I say
I put my number in her phone and I can tell the lady was smiling.
"I didn't get your name what was it?" I ask
"Ohh um my name is..."
Someone came to pull her away from me before I got to hear her name. She mouthed she will text me later and sorry for having to leave.
I took her advice and grabbed clothing that match reputation era and went to find sam and checked out and head back home.
Back at the house
"Y/n who was that lady you met at the mall?" Sam ask me
"I don't know her name she wasn't able to say but she helped me with my outfit" I said
Sam just nodded and walked to the other room.
My phone went off and I got a message from the lady who I met.
