   You are a worker at Wally's factory you are a newer worker. You always noticed how Wally is a perfectionist and wants every thing to be done right the first time. One day you walk into his office to turn in a report and he is sitting at his desk coffee in hand he looks like he hasn't slept in days and he looks stressed he can barely keep hi eyes open as he looks at you and he speaks.

"What do you want you can obviously see I'm busy"

He talk in a stern tone as he looks at you as you speak

"Well I need to turn in this report but-"

He cuts you off

"Okay hand it here and leave me alone I have work to do and I don't need you to waste my time"

   You look at him and you hand him the report and as you do you speak again

"Are you okay you look tired and stressed"

   He looks up at you his glare slightly softens but he still glares

"Yes I am perfectly fine now get back to work I can not have you slacking off"

   You look at him you can tell something is wrong but you don't bring it up and you leave the room

A bit later you are working and you see Wally checking on the grinder he is slightly wobbling because of how tired he is you walk over to him

"Are you sure you are okay you look really tired"

He looks at you as you speak

"Yes I already said I'm fine-"

He falls forward but you catch him before he goes into the grinder and he gets his balance and he sits down

"You obviously haven't had much sleep and you are stressed you need some time to relax and sleep the current state you are currently in is bad for your physical and mental health"

He looks at you with his usual blank stare

"I'll be fine work is my first priority right now if I don't run this place perfectly and get the paperwork done it will get shut down"

You down look at him

"That doesn't matter you need to rest if you don't it won't matter the factory will end up in worse if something happens to you. You need to get sleep"

He looks down

"... You are right if I don't sleep it will become worse"

You look at him

"Now will you go and get sleep now"

He looks back up at you and sighs nodded slowly and closing his eyes and he looks down again

"Yea..."
