Chapter 17: Impulses

Soon before we knew it winter came. At that time me and Cyrus have been officially dating for four months. Still haven't told Kat since she will freak out and I'll like to keep the peace for now. During those four months Cyrus introduced me to his aunt who's like a mother to him. See her laying on the bed pale to the face was sad. She was sweet and loved me from the start. We stop at the grocery store to get ingredients for dinner since he want to make something for me.

"Over here." Cyrus says waving me to one isle of store

"What are you gonna make anyways?" I ask walking over to him

"Now that is a surprise. Come on let finish up getting ingredients and head back." He says grabbing stuff from the shelf

We got back to his apartment and put the bags down. Cyrus started to take out the ingredients we brought then started to prepare. I walked over to him and asked  "Do you need any help?"

"No you just sit your pretty ass down and let me do it." He says with a smirk

"But—" he cuts me off

"No buts. Sit and let me treat you for once." He says

"Fine. But I'm washing the dishes when you're done." I say

"Deal. Now sit." He says

Cyrus began to cook. It took him around thirty minutes to finish. When he was done he grab plates and served a plate for me and one for himself. Then we started to eat it was probably the best meal I had for a while since I been to college. We started talking about our plans outside of college and the future. While we was talking a flash of light hit my eyes Cyrus' apartment changed into an old rundown warehouse. Then someone walked towards me. I was confused when the person walking to me was Cyrus well who I thought was him he was identical to him the only difference was he had angel wings. I tried to speak but I couldn't. "Cyrus" then began to speak.

"I was worried about you. I thought you gotten yourself killed......." "Cyrus" says before and he was cut off by another flash of light

"Fuck this Kazuma! Virgil! Bring your ass out here!"  Someone scream another flash of light

"Melia please live." A woman says before bleeding out another flash

"I'll bring you back I promise." A voice says

"Melia I love you."

"Hey Princess you okay." Cyrus says bring me back to reality

"Huh? Wait what did you just call me?" I asked
confused.

"I asked if you was okay, you was spacing out." He said

"Yeah I'm fine thanks. Here let me do the dishes for you it's only fair since you cooked." I said grabbing his finish plate and heading to the sink.

After I was finished washing the dishes, Cyrus came from behind and hugged me.

"What's this for?" I asked looking back at him

"For not leaving me. And for helping me out you get a reward." He said before picking me up and putting me on the counter.

"What are you—" I get cut off by him kissing my neck slowly moving down to until he reached my chest. He moved back up then started to kiss me in the lips. The kiss seemed like it would last forever. Smile before he stick his tongue into my mouth still kissing. As he's tongue danced with mine. Then pulled away. I looked him confused.

"Sorry I should stop before we hit a point of no return." He said before he could walk away grabbed him pulling him closer to me.

I started to kiss him passionately before wrapping my legs around his waist and ripping his shirt of from his body. He hissed at me with smirk grabbing me and throwing me on the couch.
