Enid already had set up a barrier around Wednesday's bed while she was at Yoko's. Her father was good with woodwork, and that had implanted into her.

"Are you tired?"

"Mm."

Enid patted her lower half, happy when she found that it was dry. She lowered Wednesday into her bed, watching as the girls tired eyes followed her. "I'm gonna go grab your toothbrush and Paci."

She ran into the bathroom, squeezing a bit of Wednesday's charcoal toothpaste onto the little toothbrush she had bought.

She brushed the girls teeth, lifting her up to help her spit in the sink.

Enid had never seen someone crash so fast. Within seconds Wednesday was out, her small snores filling the room. Enid knew this wouldn't last forever, and if she ever fell asleep in her 'little space' it would be an up all night. As she fell asleep she couldn't help but giggle in delight as her brain spun with what she would be able to do.

"Mowning!" Enid woke up to Wednesday beside her, jumping wildly on the bed.

"What- it's nine, how do you have so much energy?" Enid's noes tickled with the smell of coffee and she frowned. Why would-

The blond threw away the covers and lept out of bed. "I only had one cup a coffee, I broughts you one toos!"

"Wednesday! You are gonna be hyper all day!"

"I wonttt. I neverw hyper!"

This wasn't exactly a strong argument coming from someone who was jumping on the bed. "How did you get the coffee?"

"Evevywon is weak for a chiwld."

"The lunch lady's gave you coffee?"

"Nuuu, da guy who I wants up to did." Wednesday preformed a flip, landing on her butt, than getting up and jumping again. How could she do this yet not walk.

"I'm gonna kill- ugh."

"Whooo gonnnaaaa killll?" Wednesday sang happily.

Enid grabbed her cup of coffee and took a deep sip. "No one."

"Mmh." Wednesday crawled off the bed and waddle ran to where Enid stood. "Can we go looks frrr buggies in da forest?!"

"Maybe once we get dressed." She was gonna need this coffee.

Wednesday pulled out her bag of clothes and looked through it, trying to find something to wear. She found a deep blue and white striped dress and blue leggings. "Dis," she shoved it towards Enid.

Enid helped her into the outfit, choosing to go simple, with some deep purple (almost black) tights, and a simple blue and pink striped tank top. She also chose a gray sweater for Wednesday, and a black one for herself, knowing any of her nice ones would get dirty.

"BUGS, BUGS!" Wednesday jumped up and down, halfway into littlemode and halfway out.

Picking her up and proping her onto her hip, Enid started off towards the forest. She grabbed a little container from the cafeteria, poking holes in the top so Wednesday would be able to put the bugs in.

Once they reached the forest, she put the toddler down, who happily took the container and ran over to a nearby fallen tree, pealing back the bark to look for any bugs that may be underneath.

Enid followed her around for the next hour, as she stuck every spider she found into her container, separating them with leaves so they wouldn't kill each other. Enid had to hold her back from grabbing a black widow at least three times.

"Slow down!" She called as the girl ran as fast as her little legs could carry her. "No catching the wasp!"

Wednesday ether didn't hear her, or ignored her, reaching out and clamping her palm around the angry death trap of a bug. She seemed to notice her mistake as her fist closed, or maybe that was the moment she got stung, but she let out a loud shriek, still not opening her hand.

"MAMA!" She called, dropping into a sitting position as Enid reached her. The werewolf pried open her fingers, finding the smushed wasp inside. She helped Wednesday drop it, examining the three stings she had ended up with.

"This is why we listen," Enid huffed, picking her up again and whipping tears off her face. "Let's head back, we can get you a bandage and some cream to dull the sting."

Enid's anger switched to worry pretty fast as the girl sobbed into her arms, clinging to her spiders with the other hand.

"What's going on?" Ajax asked, meeting her at the entrance to the school.

"Wasp sting."

Ajax helped her to the infirmary, grabbing the nurse while she tried to shush Wednesday's sobs.

A nurse came out, confused at the sight of a child, but her face turned a lot softer as she approached. "Hey hun, your friend here told me you got a sting there."

Wednesday held out her hand, bottom lip still trembling. "Mean waps."

"Well, can we put some cream on to get rid of the ouch?"

Wednesday nodded, but held out the container. "I wike spiders more."

"Mmm," the nurse hummed as she smeared a clear liquid across the bumps. "Do you want some bug bandages? I might have a spider one!"

"Mhm," Wednesday nodded.

The nurse came back a few minutes later with three bandages. One was a butterfly, but the other two were of black jumping spiders. Wednesday made sure to tell her she wanted the spiders on top.

"Do you want a lollipop?" The nurse asked, holding out a jar. Wednesday took a blue on, holding it out for Enid to open.

"Mama, da plastics meanie."

The plastic was in fact, a meanie, as it took Enid three tries to finally get the candy out. Wednesday popped it into her mouth, grinning. Clutching her spiders, Wednesday walked out of the room in front of them.

Surprisingly enough, no one really shot a second glance at Wednesday as she ran through the packed courtyard, probably trying to find Yoko or Divina.

Yoko found her first, coming up from behind and picking her up, earning a delighted shriek. "Wook! I gots stung!" Wednesday said, holding out her hand like it was a trophy.

"Oh...that's delightful."

"Mhm," Wednesday held out her spiders as well. "And dis. I got."

"Ohh, should we put them in your room?"

Wednesday nodded and Enid followed them, sighing. This was going to be a long day.
