Chapter Four - Welcome To San Francisco, California

San Francisco, California is a place where people can enjoy the nice weather and view. Today's story is about Dedsec. Dedsec is the people's hero or an underground terrorist group. But today we will learn more about them, including their founder. Welcome to Dedsec.

- Blume ctOS Server Farm San Francisco-

A young man jumped over the fence into the Blume ctOS farm. He put on his headphones and there was a voice on the other end of the line. "Consider this your Dedsec initiation, Retr0. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to bypass Blume's security doors and get inside, then find and erase your personal ctOS profile", said an unknown voice. He went inside Blume's building while knocking down guards along the way. As he was inside the building he went to the server towers and downloaded the invited shutdown. As the download was complete it was time to head inside the server towers. As he went up the ladder even though it was very warm he got inside and hacked away. - Tim Skip- left the server towers and headed to the ctOS database. As he was in the room he hacked the computer to delete his profile. - Time skip- As the job was done he headed out of the Blume building. The people put a bag over his head and headed to the beach that's let you see underneath the golden gate bridge. They took the bag off of Marcus' head and introduce themselves. "So...? Am I in?" he said. The person approached him and said, "Welcome to Dedsec." He was happy that he was in a group of people to tell the people in the city what Blume had been up to. The person got the zip ties off of him and he stood up. "I'm Sitara. This sweetheart is Josh, AKA: 'Hawt Sauce.' She said. "Yo, You're Hawt Sauce? Man, I LOVED your Frat House hack. Real talk," said Marcus. "Thanks," he replied. "This weirdo is Wrench," she points to him. "The needs of the many" he replied. "And this Casanova is Horatio," she said. As he was introduced to the members of Dedsec. "It's the crew, huh? Took you'll long enough to come to get me, shit" he said. After greeting each other they decided to have a conversation at the campfire while drinking some beers except for Josh. - Time skip- The next day Marcus was wearing a tank top and underwear. When he woke up he got a phone call from Sitara.

- On the phone with Sitara Dhawan-

"Mmm-ello? Whose phone is this?"

"It's your new phone."

"Where's my phone?"

"In the ocean... where you threw it, I think? I don't remember. I was pretty smashed. Look, meet us at the hackerspace."

"Where?"

"Check your pics and figure it out."

- Call ended-

He left the house and went to put some clothes on. After that, he headed to the hackerspace. As he arrived at the hackerspace he typed in the code and headed inside. While walking downstairs he was greeted by Horatio. While chatting all the members of Dedsec, always wanted to take down Blume but didn't know how to until Marcus came along. Marcus was getting a tour around the place including getting some tech as well. Markus asked Horatio a question and he replied "Yeah, kind of a basic requirement to get invited into the hackerspace. But we all have our specialties. Like Josh over there... always building shit that shouldn't work. Now he's trying to build this big-ass drone", he said. "And Wrench?" Marcus asked. "Good engineer too, but better at breaking shit apart. And yo, Sitara? Sis got skills as an artist and graphic designer. Without her, Dedsec's walking around without a face or a voice," Horatio replied. "What about you? What's your superpower?" he asked. "Tactical coordinator. Or cat herder. Take your pick. I make Dedsec go where it has the most impact" he said. After chatting with Horatio and Sitara it was time for Marcus was ready to go out and help the members of Dedsec. - Time Skip- After testing the app and embarrassing Gene Carcani. Marcus got a call from the Dedsec Channel from Wrench.
