Intro: Lucy and Natsu are engaged, and in order to pay for the wedding they go on a mission with team Natsu. This is also the perfect time to tell their friends some of their plans!

(This is inspired by, "All Fall Down", a Nalu story written by Mnemosyne's Elegy. Go check it out, as their version is so much better and emotional!)

Lucy couldn't help but laugh as she watched her Fiancé kiss the ground as they arrived at where they were supposed to be. While it was disgusting in a way, and the old her would definitely be cringing at the sight, it brought back memories and it was just so him. Behind her she could hear Erza seething at all the looks they were getting because of him and was starting to feel pity, knowing exactly what was going to happen. Gray was just whistling and walking ahead with Wendy and Charle, who seemed to be getting ready to find somewhere to eat.

Finding just the excuse to save Natsu and keep Erza from wrecking the place, she shouted at the three ahead, "Hey wait up! We need to sign in to the inn we're staying at before we go eat." Erza, already dreaming of finding a restaurant with cake, nodded and started leading the way. Lucy just shook her head and smiled, her team is so easy to distract. Leaning over, she offered her hand to help Natsu off the ground. "Thanks Luce!" he said as he gave her a quick peck on the lips before running ahead leaving her with Happy.

Blushing, she followed after them, dragging along her bag. "Lushi, why are you all red? Y'all have been together for 2 years!" Happy said as he munched on his "snack", the fish he caught for Charle, who of course turned it down. "I don't honestly know Happy, I just do." she explained as she gave him a smile. He just countied to munching on his fish and flying beside her as she finally made it to the inn, where the others were already there and in their rooms. She obviously got a room with Natsu and Happy, while Gray had his own room, and Erza and Wendy shared with Charle.

They all got met in the lobby after unpacking and picked a place to eat. There was a restaurant about 15 minutes away that had lots of different options on things to eat, and interestingly enough, was a buffet! So, there was no way Natsu could get them banned by eating them out of all of their storage. And, it pleased Erza enough, seeing as they are supposed to have strawberry cake, if they have any made up when they get there. Once they got back, they all said good night and went their separate ways, agreeing to meet around 8:30 tomorrow morning and get breakfast before heading out to meet the person who sent the request.

Lucy sighed as she got in the bed and cuddled up to her personal heater, who just wrapped his arms around her and pulled her tighter. She smiled and turned to face him, before giving him a kid-friendly passionate kiss, seeing as Happy is there with them. He kissed her back before pulling back and smiling at her before laying his head down. Not long after, she felt rather than saw Happy land on her pillow and curled up. She slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep, surrounded by the ones she loves.

After breakfast they went and talked to the person who sent the request. The job should be easy if everything goes right and the information they received was accurate. There was a monster who was being controlled by some dark mage who kept ransacking the east part of the city. They only come once a week, which is usually on Thursday. Lucky enough, today was Thursday, so they should be able to finish this mission in a day and get back home! The only fishy part was the price. For such an easy mission, the price was 700,000. Since the exceeds don't use any money, it would mean 140,000 jewels per person, and since her and Natsu were sharing their money for the wedding, that would mean 280,000 jewels for them. But, she would take as much money as she could for the wedding, as well as the honeymoon. She just knew Natsu would cause a ruckus and the master would not be pleased, so it would be smart to have as much money as possible saved up.
