Wonderland: Jace & Chloe

Chapter 2: Hope is never lost.

The family would sit together, taking comfort in each other's presence. They knew it wouldn't be easy, but they had each other, and that was all that mattered.
As Luke went to sleep and Bluebell slept next to him. Jace and Chloe would search for a new village away from zadia and all of its problems.

Nightmare would watch them from a distance. Holding the actual Zara with her mouth shut forcing her to watch as her death was faked.

Chapter 2

Wander would see Nightmare stalking them from his home on the island across from Hope's. Wander would charge Nightmare with full brute force. Readying his blade for his neck. Nightmare would have minimal time to react. So he'd drop Zara and lunge at Wander. Nightmare's Claws would be out as him and wander trade blows.

Wander would be landing heavy blows with his sword, causing deep cuts to Nightmare's skin. However, Nightmare was quick and agile, able to dodge Wander's attacks and counter with his own. He would claw at Wander's armor, trying to find a weakness.

As the fight progressed, the two demons would become more and more injured. Wander's armor would be badly damaged, and Nightmare would have several deep wounds on his body. Wander would aim for Nightmare's head with his sword, hoping to end the fight quickly.

Nightmare would be able to dodge Wander's attack, and he would use his illusion magic to create clones of himself. This would confuse Wander, as he would try to figure out which one was the real Nightmare. While Wander was distracted, Nightmare would land a heavy blow to his side, causing him to stumble back.

Wander would quickly regain his footing and charge towards Nightmare again. The two demons would trade blows once again, each attack more brutal than the last. Wander's sword would become stuck in Nightmare's flesh, and he would have to use his strength to pull it out. In that moment, Nightmare would take advantage of the situation and claw at Wander's face, causing him to drop his sword.

Wander would be disarmed, but he wouldn't give up. He would use his brute strength to try to overpower Nightmare, but the illusion demon wouldn't go down easily. They would continue to trade blows, both using their full force and power.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Wander would gain the upper hand. He would land a final blow to Nightmare's chest, causing him to fall to the ground. Wander would stand over him, victorious but badly injured.

The two demons would lay there for a moment, catching their breath. Wander would limp back to his home on the island across from Hope's.

Meanwhile, Zara would still be trapped, watching the fight unfold before her. She would feel relieved when Wander emerged victorious, but she would wonder if she would ever be able to escape Nightmare's grasp. But she wouldn't give up. She knew  Nightmare wasn't defeated. She knew he would find a way to re-appear. But with everything left in her she'd jump to the island where Hope's home is and stumble through the door. Bluebell and Luke would cower away as Jace summoned his blade. "WAIT- that- wasn't me. It was a clone nightmare created- I tried to save Freya- and My son. But when I got there- he- kidnapped me." Zara would utter. "Nonsense" Chloe would say "we killed him." She'd add. "I don't think he's dead yet." Jared would add. "I sensed wander fighting him." He'd add once more. "Wait what?" Hope would ask. "Yeah. I didn't say anything because Wander won but Zara is telling the truth." Jared would reply.
