Chapter 16
Mac's POV
Faye's arrival was a surprise to everyone but it was obvious that it surprised Jake and Ally the most. It wasn't like her to go all crazy like that but I couldn't help but see it as an opportunity. I've kinda been forgotten by Ally since we got here but now I could try to get back in her important list by cheering her up and keeping her moderately cheered.
First things first, I need to find her. The first placed I looked was the patio where I thought she would be with Jessie but I was wrong; I found her in the kitchen making cookies, which was unusual because it was usually Jessie who did the nervous cooking.
Leaning on the doorframe, I watched fly around the kitchen and waited for her to notice me but she never did so I did the next best thing - I cleared my throat. I startled her but she recovered very quickly when she noticed it was me.
"Oh hey Mac, whatsup?" she said, giving me her best smile. I could tell it wasn't genuine though.
"Nothing really. D'you need any help with that?"
I could tell that she was about to say no and I had watched my sister do this enough times so I just got to getting out any other ingredients she would need.
"You really don't need to do that, I can get those later" she said trying to get me to stand still and about to get the stuff out of my hands.
"Well I want to help. In fact, I'll make the cookies and you sit and watch. Don't try to stop me, I know what I'm doing."
"Fine, not stopping you" I could tell she felt a bit relieved but what I wasn't expecting was what happened next; she kissed me on the cheek and said "thanks Kenzo"
"Anytime Lee" I replied and kissed her head. Luckily this wasn't anything unusual but as I looked at her face all I wanted to do was to move my lips down to hers. I turned back to the bowl in front of me before I could give into my stupid urges.

Lukas POV
I've hadn't planned on meeting anyone here at the beach house, not after everything that had happened, but I did. I met Jessie, the most unpredictable girl I had ever met. It was impossible to not notice her; her eyes, her hair, her bubbly personality. It was nothing I would have ever expected.
I couldn't get enough of her and I was taking Jessie out on a date this Friday so that we could get away from all this drama, just me and her. I had it all planned out and I hoped that she liked it.
I was walking to go see her when I heard her and Ally talking; they talked about her plan to get answers and plans to leave. I didn't want to hear Jessie say she was leaving with her, and I knew she would, so I left. I wanted to give them time together so I left them for about and hour and did nothing really, just chilled with Jason who honestly felt very left out.
When I got back they were talking about Faye, and that Ally had seen had seen her flirting and trying to kiss Tyler but I knew it wasn't anything new.She also told Jessie that she wasn't gonna tell Jake because he wanted him to make his choice and not destroy anyone's chances. She really was a nice person.
That was when I walked in, I didn't like eavesdropping but I wanted Jessie to have time with her best friend but I couldn't help but want to have some time with her.
"Hey Jessie, Ally" I said, trying not to sound as desperate as I felt (you can't blame me I was bored).
"I'll give you two some time" Ally said, getting up from her seat; it was like she read my mind.
Jessie sent her a 'see you later' and I sent her a 'thanks' before I gave Jessie a kiss on get cheek.

Jenna's POV
I never liked Faye, she's a bitch and I could never trust her, thats why I didn't believe a word that was coming out of her piehole. I never thought I would say this but I'd rather see him with Ally because if he is then Mac would be all my mine; but before I started pre-packing someone's bags I needed to get the scoop from the man himself, Jake.
"Hey Pookie" I called, hugging the pacing wreck from behind. "How's the one-man judging panel doing?"
Letting out a little chuckle, he replied, "I'm still not sure but I think I'm really close to making my decision."
"Great! Any chance I could get a sneak-peek before everyone else?"
Letting out a s lightly louder chuckle, he gave a shake of his head as a reply to my question.
"Awwww, come on Pookie, for me? pwwwweeeeaasse?"
"Nope, not gonna happen Jen. I'll let everyone know soon, including you." Turning to me, he gave me the most genuine bear hug I had ever gotten from him - or any guy. "Thanks, Jenna. I needed that."
