Glamrock Fronnie

Part 9

Bonnie POV:

I slowly woke up only to realize I must have moved in my sleep, because I was currently cuddled up to Freddy. I felt my cheeks burning red as I laid there. I tried moving until I noticed his arm tightly wrapped around me. I considered just falling back asleep to save myself the awkward conversation, but at the same time I didn't really want this moment to end. Maybe it was wrong for me to take advantage of him like this though, what if he never thought of me as more than a friend, what if I ruin our friendship. Tears swelled in my eyes as I  thought about every worst case scenario. 

All my fears melted away when I felt Freddy pull me into a hug."Are you ok Bon?" He asked with a worried look on his face.

"I'm alright Superstar it's just been a lot lately."I said looking up at him and his beautiful blue eyes I absolutely adored. 

We stayed like that for awhile before we had to get up and get breakfast. Gregory and Helpy were already up and playing. As it got closer to opening time we started fixing small things that well needed fixing. Sun noticed a lightbulb up in the daycare that needed replacing and called us. The ceiling were high in this building, but I was determined. I grabbed a lightbulb and headed over with Freddy, he was worried I would hurt myself. Sun lead me up to his room to get up closer to the ceiling to find away up and over to the burnt out lightbulb. I noticed some hooks that were used to hold up moons cables I asked sun if I could borrow one of the cables(since Moon was still charging) and started hooking them to the ceiling and essentially climbing my way over. Eventually I made it over and swapped out the bulbs.

"Thanks Bonnie!" Sun yelled up to me, I waved at him but my other hand slipped and I started falling. I tightly shut my eyes as I braced for impact. But surprisingly the landing wasn't that rough. I was confused until I opened my eyes, Freddy had climbed up on one the play structures and caught me. I felt my face once again burning red as he looked down at me.

"Are you hurt?" Freddy asked trying to sound calm.

"I think I'm ok," I said as he set me down, "Thanks Superstar. We should head back to work now." I hopped down from the play structure with Freddy close behind and waved bye to Sun as we headed on our way. 

The day continued on pretty normally greeting people, signing things, and a few other minor tasks. As I walking through the building I felt something grab my arm and pull me into the employee stairwell. I looked over and realized it was just Freddy.

"Is everything ok Freddy?"

"Look Bonnie we need to talk about what happened earlier, you could've gotten seriously hurt." He stated. I mean he wasn't wrong, that fall would've done some damage.

"But you caught me, so alls well that ends well."

"But what if I hadn't gotten up there in time? I can't lose you again."

"It would take more than a fall to keep me down." I said.

"I know but you need to stop being so reckless, you're to important to everyone, to me."

"Don't you worry Superstar nothings gonna keep this Bunny down." I said as I began heading for the door, but I felt Freddy grab my shoulder and turn me back around.

"You're not listening to me Bonnie, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if something happened to you again." I frowned but accepted he was right I've always been a bit too reckless. 

"Alright, I'll take my safety into more consideration, for you." I stood up on my toes and gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked out giggling to myself.

This was sappier than the last chapter, hope y'all like excessive sappy shit. 🫠
