Winter screamed into his bed, he didn't want to marry some dumb sandwing Prince. Winter's parents are the one who made the choice that it would be him who had to marry to stop a potential Sandwing and Icewing war.
Winter then got news that was even worse, he was going to Jade Mountain, where his future 'husband' was also going, it was terrible. Winter hated how Tundra and Narwhal were so willing and eager to marry him off to some random Sandwing prince, "It's for the better of the Icewing and Sandwing kingdom" they said when he asked why.
Winter fell asleep after an hour of screaming into his bed. He didn't want to marry some random Sandwing Prince he barely knew the name of, he was pretty sure he was named Qibli.

Qibli had recently told about his marriage to a icewing prince, Winter, he sounded cold but from what Thorn told him he wasn't dangerous. Glacier had even sent a painting of Winter so Qibli could know who he was. As Qibli looked at the painting he had to admit he was quite attractive, he had a heroic and tragic face.
Qibli was already falling for his future Husband. Qibli fell into his bed while thinking of Winter, he was the most handsome dragon he had ever seen. He fell asleep thinking of Winter, his future husband.
