Then after ciel prepared a vessel for shizue. Doing this would make her 24 years old.
The next day. When rimuru woke up in his slime form he was in shizue's lap

Rimuru then jumped up and turned into his human form. Tears met his eyes when he saw shizue again after 12 years he finally saw her again . They then shared a hug that felt like forever.
Rimuru: how are you alive, i thought you were dead?
Shizue: ciel revived me
Ciel: it was my birthday gift to you master.

Later rimuru called a meeting in the middle of tempest
