Mistakes that happen in the dark

Chapter 1

Third person POV:

Zane was just at his locker, putting his books inside when gene walked up. He had given up on getting in gene's gang months ago when he realized he deserved better then how gene treated him. He was not a love sick puppy falling around his owner, and he would not act like one either.

He had his own friend group now including aphmau, travis, katelyn, daniel, dottie, blaze, and kawaii-chan and his own new style too. He now wore whatever he found cute or comfortable, and was a lot more comfortable with his sexuality than a couple months ago. He was happy with his life, and he wouldn't let anyone stop him.

He was currently wearing an oversized purple hoodie he found in aphmau's closet, and a pair of tight black pants that really brought out his ass, and small waist. When suddenly gene appeared out of nowhere slamming the younger boys locker shut.

" Join my gang. " He said. " No. " Zane responded with no hesitation. " Im not asking. " Gene said stepping closer put zane stood his ground. " What will you do if I don't? " Zane responded, he knew gene wouldn't dare put his hands on him. He pulled out a picture from his backpack, showing the younger and zane's face went white. In the photo stood aaron, his hands on zane's waist and his lips on Zane's lips.

The problem wasn't zane kissing a boy, it was the boy who he was kissing. See, aaron was his best friends crush, and at the moment aaron had been drunk and confessed to zane before kissing him. Zane freaked out, pushing the older away and explained how they couldn't date because a friend liked aaron, but that the two can still be friends. " H-how!? " He asked in shock, he was sure no one else was there so no one should have seen!

" I have my ways.. Now choose; join my gang or I show your little bestie how you kissed her crush. " Gene responded with a smirk. " Fine.. " Zane responded, crossing his arms and glaring at the older, gene just smirked in response. " Cmon, the others are waiting outside. " Gene responded, grabbing the youngers wrist and pulling him down the hallway.

Zane followed behind the older, glaring at his back. When they got outside to the track outside. Daniel and blaze both gave zane a confused look and began walking over to the two but zane just shook his head at the two and followed gene after ripping his hand out of the olders grip.

Zane crossed his arms around his chest, and continued to glare at the older as he walked with him. Sasha smiled and waved, " Hey kitty! How ya been? " She said teasingly and zenix chuckled behind her. Zane just glared harder. " I think puppy is a better nickname for him, don't ya think puppy? " Gene replied, walking closer to the younger and tilting zane's head up so that they can look into each other's eyes.

Zane just pushed him away from him, and gritted his teeth in anger. " Awe, your adorable puppy. What are you gonna growl at us? " zenix teased and pouted playfully when zane didn't growl or react other then glaring at him.

" Fuck off! " Zane screamed when gene playfully petted his head causing all three to laugh. " Awe, you got quite a temper dont ya kitty? " Sasha asked teasingly, she saw him more as a black cat then a puppy but she didnt care what the other two said.

" Might need to get him a muzzle since he's all bark no bite huh? " Gene asked smirking when zane growled at him angrily and tried to bite him. Gene put a arm around zane's waist, a smirk on his face and zane glared at him from the side of his eye but other then that didn't say anything. A couple of his friends looked over confused but most didn't walk over

However balto, blaze, dottie, and Daniel did end up walking over assuming Gene was bothering zane(which he was, but zane wasn't gonna admit it, he didn't want that picture getting out)." What are you doing with our alpha? " Balto growled, and gene smirked. Zane still had no idea why the werewolves of the school called him their 'alpha' since he was human but he stopped telling them not to after a week.

They used to do the same with aphmau, but when he was acidentally changed to the class they began to do it for him instead, at first he felt bad for aph, since it seemed to hurt her but nowadays she's fine with it, and even does it herself.
