Aimee sat in the round room. It was early and she felt as if she hadn't slept. She looked to see Jordan as she stood presenting the case. Jj was in maternity leave and it was weird not to see her do it. Aimee took a sip of her coffee as she looked to the case file in front of her
"Vanessa Holden, age 25. Last friday night, she was clubng with her sister. A stranger, white male, roughly her age, picked her up. They left the club at 1 A. M, went back to her place. He forced her on her hands and knees. And then he cut her open just below the stomach"
"Whoa" Morgan said as Aimee looked to him
"Yeah. Pretty rough." Rossi said
"The gutting causes the intestines to spill out. You can survive for a few hours, actually even days." Reid said
"Postmortem indicates that he slit her throat at 5 A. M."
"Jolly" Aimee said
"So he disemboweled her but didn't kill her for 4 hours" Rossi said
"He could be a sexual sadist." Emily said
"Yeah, I thought so, too, but I found two priors from a year ago-- prostitute, actually, in motel rooms." Jordan said
"Ok. So keep running with it. Why do you think this is the same unsub?" Morgan said
"In Vanessa Holden's apartment, the following were discover-- bleach, ammonia, trash bags-- all in a triangular pattern. One year ago, motel rooms-- bleach, ammonia, trash bags-- Also in a triangular pattern."
"He's cleaning up." Aimee said
"Might be trying to hide his tracks" Morgan said
"Could be a sign of remorse." Reid said
"Apologizing for the murder by minimizing the mess." Rossi said
"But there's one other commonality between both sets of murder. Bleach and ammonia were found under the victim's fingernails" Jordan said
"He's making them clean up their own murder." Morgan said
"It's the same unsub." Hotch said

Aimee sat on the jet with the team. She sat next to Emily who had papers all over. Aimee looked to her and raised an eyebrow at her
"So if the unsub changed the victimology, does that make him organized or disorganized?" Emily asked
"Well, the prostitute point one way, the club goes another." Morgan said
"The triangular arrangement of the cleaning supplies is interesting." Reid said
"Obsessive-compulsive?" Emily said
"Might have been institutionalized." Aimee said
LWe're missing the forest for the trees here. This guy started with prostitute-- a high-risk victimology.
Took a year off, came back, killed a socialite." Rossi said
"No forced entry, no coercion of any kind." Morgan said
"Exactly. So how does our unsub go from loser of the year to don juan?" Rossi said
