chapter 4___false death

Who was the "False Alpha?" I asked myself on my head. I looked at her throat. There wasn't much blood she didn't die like this. "Move aside Ash" Aaron ordered me and I did so. "What do you think?" Aaron asked me which shocked me. "Why are you aski-" but i was cut off by Aaron "Your the killer expert here you should know" I nod. I do know. I cleared my throat. "It seemed as if they killed her by the slit on her throat but she wasn't killed by that it was done afterwards to make it seem as if" I tell him. A guy comes weeping "My wife!" he cries. So it was his wife. Another guy comes and looks at me "It was her! She did" after that everyone else starts talking and saying I did it. "I did not do it!" I protest but this the guy punched me. Ouch. Was all I could think but I did not fall back weep, yelp, or complain. I stood my ground holding my fist within me.

"I did not do it" I say firmly. Aaron nods "I don't smell a lie" he says looking down at the body. "I will appoint some people to investigate this, until then no one pins anyone, and no one touches this body" everyone nods. "Everyone in the meeting room" Aaron says getting up and walking into the halls. I look at her carefully before leaving. I wake into the hall way into the meeting room. I was going to sit in the back with all the others but Aaron called my name "Ash" I jerked up from the back of the room as did everyone else. "To the front, you will sit next to me as your permanent seat" he announced. I nodded getting up and walking to the front. All eyes on me. Hopefully no one sniffed me. I sit down beside Aaron. Aaron looked serious.

"Today our Brother David's wife Maria was slayed in the kitchen. The False Alpha is back and I will appoint some people to work on this case" he got up and started pacing "Jonas" he said and a guy got up. He had long brown hair- not too long. He had brown eyes and was wearing white head band. "Theon" another guy who was wearing a hoodie and low-ride jeans. Aaron looked at the crowd scanning it "Chaos, Thorn and Rose" two boy got up and a girl. A girl? I looked at her "she's not a werewolf, you'll see alot of females here but none of them are werewolves except you" Aaron whispered to me. I nodded. Got my hopes high for nothing. At least I know what not to expect. "Reid, Jake and Ash you will be the ones investigating this I want no one else sticking their nose in this i've put those who i think are trustworthy to investigate, Dismissed"

Everyone started leaving the room until it his words hit me. He said my name. "i-wh-how-" i couldn't find the right word "whats wrong Ash?" Aaron asked. "Why am I investigating?" i tried to not make it sound like a whine. Aaron closed his eyes for a second "as far as i recall your the first female werewolf, and your the first assassin is the pack, no one but you knows how to kill and all that assassiny stuff- you will no refuse this Ash" he was so serious. I felt like I was blushing. "Fine" i mumble. Walking towards my brother and the 'other' chosen ones. Jake slapped my back as I came and the other to were about to sniff me when I slapped them- not hard. "Don't sniff me" I manage to growl.

"Sorry Princess wolf but to break your stupidity there not dogs- there werewolves" it the was the female. "Really? I thought they were cavemen- holy crap thanks for telling me!" I says with a lot of sarcasm. "You don't deserve being a female werewolf, you have no idea how lucky I am" she snaps at me I raise my right brow "ahuh, i'm soo lucky! Its been my dream to become to scratch my back with my right leg!" Jonas snorted. I didn't feel like laughing. "You really don't want to mess with me" she says,the others sit down and Jake stands behind me as her twin stands behind her. "I already spilled the Milk, what you gon do?" I say coldly i felt pissed off at her.

"I challenge you to the ring then" she smiles tilting her head a bit. "Don't Ash" Jake whispers but I ignore him. "Your on" i say. Then were interrupted by Reid. "Sorry to break your cat fight but we got to um- investigate" he says. I nod turning for the door "sure thing Sherlock" I say walking out. The rest follow me to the kitchen. No one has gone near the dead body because I couldn't feel any Aura near it. I went and touched her neck "what do you guys think" i say but no one answers so I add on "how she got killed i mean" the female twin laughs. "Obviously because she was slit by the throat" and everyone nods in agreement. I shook my head, it can't be. "Wrong" and she turns red "what do you mean wrong? Just cause i'm right doesn't mean-" i cut her off "shut up" I say with my low voice.

"Not enough blood, if she was slit by the throat she would have bled more" I turn around as I spoke, Evil Twin laughs "how do you explain all that blood on her?" she says. I shook my head "Thats not her blood. The blood from the front of the neck can't end up on her back just like that" Reid crouches down beside me "then where do you think the blood came from- Sherlock?" Reid asks. I smile "Its time we visit Dexter's Laboratory".

I took a sample of the blood from her back and the blood from her neck. I went upstairs and a girl name Lilia came "ah I was told to bring you some clothes milady" she says softly. "Don't treat me like that, just call me Ash" I say taking the clothes from her. She beams brightly "Yes mil-ah Ash" skips away. I changed my clothes. It was some dark Skinny jeans, a lose top that had a tiger imprinted on it. I liked the top. It was lose from the bottom but snug on my chest to show its perfect shape. I wore my boots and ran downstairs. Theon whistled as I came. "Ah before we go let us introduce ourselves" Reid says formally.

Theon pushes Reid aside "My names Theon Walls" he says adding a cough. Reid dusts himself and says "My names Reid Falcon" he said stepping back so Jonas could walk up. "I'm Johnathon Garner" Jake my brother pushes him aside and says "I'm-" but i cut him off my slapping his head. "ouch" he whispers. "I damn well know who you are" I say making Jake laugh. The Twins stood together Evil twin did not say anything so her brother spoke up "I'm Rose Zenon" he says "This is my sister Thorn Zenon" I felt a laugh burn in my throat. "Isn't it suppose to be the other way around" I ask but Jake answers for him. "I bet Thorn looked so ugly as a baby they thought she was a guy" The guys laughed. Thorn snapped about to punch my brother in the face. Jacob was to busy laughing not to move fast enough so i blocked her punch. With a a high kick, kicking her fist back.

She flinched looked as if I slapped her face. Though I wish I did. "Lets go already" i say, realizing my voice was the deep voice I used when i'm about to assassinate someone. Everyone looked a bit shocked to hear me. I let Jacob drive us to the Local University. There we borrowed the science lab. I sampled both bloods. We had to wait awhile before the results came out. Until then we all sat down in patience. "This isn't the first time this 'False Alpha' attacked right?" I asked the group. Jonas looked shocked "how'd you know?" he asked. I rolled my eyes "I'll tell all 4 points if you tell me 4 points" Reid was hiding a smile as Theon took out his arm "deal" i grabbed his hand "deal".

"You go first" Theon said i tried not to smile and I think i succeeded. "The reaction of the people, they pointed fingers at me as if I was the killer because I was an Assassin so they knew it was a girl or at least someone with long hair because the people have seen this 'false' dude or maybe just a glimpse em'" the table was quiet for a moment. "She's right" Jonas said. Theon accepted my first point. "The False Alpha was one of the people who were in line to be the next Alpha after Aaron's Grandfather" I nodded accepting it. "Alright my second point is that killer left a note, the first note always has the signature and a message or quote but that's always just the first, the blood message was just his signature."

I stopped after I thought I made my point clear Jonas spoke again "The False Alpha killed the last Alpha" I jerked up surprisingly even though i shouldn't be surprise i should have expected this. "Okay. My third point is that she was killed in a false way afterwards meaning the person failed and by looking how much of a clumsy job it was and again it was pretty good just done a bit tiredly the person has done it before" Theon nodded and Reid raised his right brow "thats pretty good for an un-experianc-" i cut him off "i'm experienced" i say and he nods slowly. "My third point is-" Jonas began but was interrupted by Jake and the Twins. "The results are the blood of two different things" Rose says.

"One is differently Human blood of Maria but the other is old chicken blood" Rose said making me feel sick. I nod looking down "It was a false death" Jake said "Its wasn't suppose to be her." False death? Was it all show?
