It was a cold, monotonous evening in November and I was filled with anguish, sorrow and despair. The reason for this was because I was on a forbidden island. Not knowing where I was. The night sky reached to the heavens and glared at me with melancholy. The trees waved at me and the stars flashed aggressively in my face. The light provided by the moon daunted me, although I felt a bit of ease making out that I was in a forest but I still felt a sense of my own death. I felt that I was going to die, alone, deserted on this island which filled me with despair. Frantically a struck of lightning came down upon the island, it provided light and revealed to me a mansion. A sense of relief came knowing there was some form of accommodation, however this was temporary and I only experienced it half heartedly. I continued pondering through the forest and observed the rawness of nature that surrounded me . Furthermore i proceeded to walk on a narrow path that gave me goosebumps, it led me to the forbidden mansion. The presence of this huge building overwhelmed me, it was abandoned ,the windows were sealed, not showing the hidden horrors of what was inside. This concluded in an unsettling feeling within my spirit.

I turned the door handle. Whilst doing so I noticed my hands were numb.
Scarcely I opened the front door. My eyes thoroughly inspected the abandoned mansion.
On the first floor it had a kitchen along with a living room and a bathroom. I headed upstairs, hoping for a bed to await for me. As I crept upstairs the overwhelming sense of horror amplified, I felt alarmed. The temperature was getting colder.
