Devi traveled to Paxton's house once again, convincing herself she was ready. She was taking a few deep breaths when Paxton greeted her, making her flip her shit. After settling down in the garage she went up to use the bathroom.

Rebecca and Talia rushed over once they heard a scream. "Are you okay?" Rebecca asked. Devi opened the door. "Yup, I just dropped my phone in the--Talia? why are you here?" Devi asked. "I uh..Im friends with Rebecca." Talia said with a smile. "Wait so Paxton has a sister?" Devi asked, Rebecca and Talia nodded. "Well since Talia and I can't decide on what I should wear, you'll be out tie breaker, if you'd like." Rebecca asked. "Sure!" Devi said, shrugging.

"Distressed ones, they make you look hot as hell." Devi spoke. "You see!" Talia exclaimed. "Guess you were right.. Anyways im Rebecca, it's nice to meet you." Rebecca states, extending a hand. "It's nice to meet you too, im Devi." Devi states, shaking it. Paxton walked a few steps to see the friendly exchange. "What are you doing? Becca..I thought you were at work bringing Talia with." Paxton asked. "I switched with lisa, she gets her braces off tomorrow." Rebecca states. "You said you were just going to the bathroom, what the hell?" Paxton said, his voice raising. "Wait are you mad at me or something?" Devi asked, confused. Paxton just walked off. Devi sighed "have fun at the movies." Devi said, walking off to go talk with Paxton.

"So she's the Devi?" Rebecca asked. "yes! I thought they already had sex.." Talia states before the two chuckle a bit. "Im gonna go check on Paxton." Talia states, waving a goodbye at Rebecca.

"Paxton." Talia said, leaning against the wall. Paxton walked over and hugged her, his hands on her butt. "Why so mad, You let me hang out with her?" Talia asked, pulling away from the hug slightly. "Because I don't trust everyone the way I trust you. Like when I was driving her the first time she was looking around everywhere, now she's just sneaking through my house talking to my sister? You know how she is, she wants to be popular so she's gonna have opinions." Paxton states. "Hey Devi's just a little different, shes still kind though, Im positive she wouldn't do that." Talia reassured. They looked into each others eyes, Paxton leaning in a bit closer. Talia bit her lip while they both leaned in for the kiss. "Im off to the movies-- oh wow.." Rebecca said, smiling a bit. "Good going Paxton. Im off." Rebecca states, smirking. Talia's cool toned face heated up, her cheeks flushing pinkish red.

"Shall we continue, what we started?" Paxton asked, His hand sliding down to her thigh. Talia chuckled a bit and leaned her head against the wall. "Im sorry Paxton but im not one of your sex buddies." Talia said, kissing his cheek and walking away, taking her purse with. "Now Im hoping you at least apologize the Devi.." Talia said, waving goodbye.

The next day at school Devi wasn't feeling her best. Paxton had ignored her when she walked over to the hot pocket. Instead he continued to be fed by Talia. She then lied to her friends about having sex with the boy who won't even talk to her and now she was in Principal Grubbs office, crying because her life was a mess. Ben sighed. "Fine, I won't press charges." Ben states,receiving glares from both females.

"Im guessing your date didn't go well?" Ben asked. Devi didn't answer. "Look, me and Shira...." Ben then went on and on about his relationship but ended it up on a sweet note. "Your gross, gross, but thanks." Devi said, a slight smile on her once downturned face. That downturned face soon returned once seeing Paxton's hands on Talia's waist, inching down by the second to her butt.

The school day soon ended, Devi coming home to an empty house while Talia went back to Paxton's with Trent.

"Devi, theres a boy...waiting for you downstairs." Her mother called. Devi looked up a bit surprised. She went down to see it was Paxton. She started talking but noticed Paxton looking at her mom. "Lets talk..over here.." Devi stated, closing the door.

"I wanted to say im sorry, for yesterday. Im just kind of protective of my sister. She used to get bullied pretty bad.. Even by people I thought were my friends..I guess I've always been a little too protective. Like, when my parents first adopted her, I used to sit by her bed every night with a nerf gun in hand." Paxton started, making Devi chuckle a bit. "That's why our cat only has one eye now.." He finished, his voice trailing off towards the end. "Paxton, I would never make fun of your sister. She's super fashionable and way cooler than me." Devi states, making both of them laugh. There was then a knock on the glass. "NO LAUGHING!" Her mom exclaimed, her head peeking through the curtains. "Mom!" Devi exclaimed. "Im so sorry about your polio, doctor Vishwakumar." Paxton called out randomly. "What?" Devi's mom asked, closing the curtain. "well, thanks for the apology. If we're cool, should we meet at your garage tomorrow?" Devi asked. "No..It just got..weird you know?" Paxton questioned. "Yeah totally." Devi said, smiling and playing it off cool. "Okay..well uhm.. See you at school tomorrow." Paxton said, walking off to his jeep.

"What took you so long? were you stalling?" Talia questioned as Paxton got into his jeep. "of course not.." Paxton said, his hand on her thigh. "Can we go home now bro? Were missing out so much time on game night." Trent called from the back seat. "Okay fine."
