- She's awake, everyone – Deán's gentle voice was the first thing I heard after I was crawling out from the darkness. I opened my eyes a little while I was grateful to the gods that I didn't go deaf eventually.
- Finally! – Ty was the first I glanced beside Deán who was sitting on the bed, next to me. I looked around and I saw Haka, Sarah, Kianna and Dam. Everyone was here with me in Deán's room.
- Winnie, are you all right? – Haka asked. She had been crying, her eyes were all red. I wanted to say something, but as my lips moved, I realized a huge pain on my forehead. I slowly lifted my hand up and I felt a thick bandage around it.
- Yes, that's there because you smashed you head into the ground so fast that we could do nothing – Kianna's voice sounded scolding, but her face seemed worried.
- Oh – I finally could say something while I was thinking about when this pain would go away. My ears were burning, but at least they stopped bleeding.
- I'm sorry to disturb this moment, but do you remember anything, Winnie? – young master Rhenon stepped closer to the bed so I could see him.
- Stop this – Deán looked at his brother in a way I had never seen before. He may have been the younger one, but young master Rhenon took his words seriously.
- I was just asked to inform my father when you wake up – he explained it to me. And suddenly, I realized what had happened.
- I... I have to go and talk to him, is this possible now? – I asked and didn't care about how fragile my voice sounded, I tried to sit up. But Deán noticed it immediately and held me down by my shoulder gently.
- This is out of question. You've been passed out for almost four hours. Your head is hurt, your ears are hurt and your body was in such pain that you eventually lost consciousness. Moving is the worst possible thing you can do now – he said it without a question, so confidently! But... he should have known me better already.
- Go and inform your father I'm coming – I looked at young master Rhenon.
- Did you even listen... - Deán started, but I grabbed his hand.
- I have to go. I have to talk with him. And you know that – I looked at his confidently, but he shook his head.
- No – he said.
- What's wrong with you? – I asked angrily. The others were watching us silently... I was sure that after I got better, they were gonna start mocking us for behaving like a married couple. I already heard how bad jokes they were planning to use. Then I realized that I knew this because of my clairvoyance.
- You were hurt exactly like our mother – young master Rhenon said suddenly. Which just made me realize one more thing.
- Then this is more reason to let me go and talk to the Grandmaster– I looked at him miserably. He shook his head once more. I knew that he was worried over her mother as heck, I saw it in his eyes when he talked about it. I remembered he said his mother's eyes were bleeding... now I knew that it was because she saw what I've only heard. I couldn't have imagined what pain that possibly could have been.
- You can't even stand up – Haka seemed to be on Deán's side.
- There is nothing in this world that could stop me – I smiled and this was enough to surprise Deán so much that I could shove his hand away. I pushed myself up and wanted to forget all this pain.
- Winz, you sure? – Tyler asked.
- Never been surer. I'm right behind you, young master Rhenon – I said as I moved my feet onto the ground. I took a big breath and stood up, but right in that moment my knees gave up... I fell back to sit on the edge of the bed. Deán was about to start saying something while Tyler grabbed young master Rhenon, saying "Winnie will be ready in a second".
