Chapter 5

As a child, well, it's all kinda fuzzy, but I have some memories of just flat out lying about the most obvious things.

One thing I would never lie about, though, is who died.

I shook my head. The most important thing right now is survival!

"Mineta, we should just get out of here. With my quirk, it should be easy, kero" I heard Tsu say, or ribbit, behind my back.

I felt a cruel laugh bubble up. "Hah, yeah, just leave the only one with any common sense. It makes perfect sense!" I glared at her.

I hopped off the boat, swerving around all the villains.

Yelps rose up from around me, and I drug myself onto dry land. I hate water. But I still smiled and ran off laughing, as an attempt to infuriate Tsu and Mineta.

My true destination: The big bad battle
