Chapter 1: The Photo

Spencer's POV
Well it's been awhile sense we have had a case. I think of it of a good thing Cause that means less mass murders or kidnappers but it means less time with the team. Well I am really hoping they didn't forget about me cause I haven't heard or seen any of them in a week. I let a sigh as I sit down on my bed and lay down on my back. Maybe I should call Garcia or Derek or maybe .. No what am I doing

"ugh just let it be " I say I get up and head to the kitchen to get something to eat.

well to no surprise I need to go out get food, go to a fast food restaurant or I could just order something. I just decide to go with going to the market down the street and getting something to make myself.

A hour and 11 minutes 23 seconds

I am home and started cooking my favorite dish , chicken with lemon zest and pepper in Alfredo pasta.
As I am cooking I hear I knock at the door so I go to the door

"Who is it?" I ask

"It's Derek, open the door I am worried about you!" Derek's replied in a way tense voice. My mind said DONT YOU DARE OPEN THE DOOR !but my body reached and unlocked the door and I stepped back

"It's open" I said quietly

"Hey spence, are you ok?" He asks as he rushes in the door.

"Yeah why wouldn't I be ?" I ask heading back in to the kitchen

"Well you weren't answering my calls or replying to my texts." He says with a bit of sadness in his voice

"Oh i went to the market for an hour 11 minutes and 23 seconds."I say
he rushing over to me and hugs me

"Okay good god you scared me and Garcia." he says calming down and letting go of me

"Do you want to call Garcia and ask if she wants to come over and you, me and her can have dinner and watch tv?"
I ask really wanting him to say yes

"Yeah let's do it but here call her" he hands me his phone "I am gonna go grab something out of my car and then let her know I will come get her in like 10 minutes if she is up for it." He says rushing out the door to his car.

Well I open his iPhone and go the dialer and dial Garcia it rings a few times and Garcia answers

"Hello my milk chocolate prince."she says I am trying so hard not to laugh wait should I pretend to be Derek I mean he would just be like "hey baby girl" but I think I will just tell her it's me

"Hey Garica" I say

"Spence!" She screams

"Yes" I answer

"Oh my gosh you are ok and Derek is with you I am guessing omg thank goodness I was so worried!" She says really fast but I am able to still understand her

"So I called wanting to know if you wanted to come over here and eat dinner and watch tv with me and Derek I know it sounds weird coming from me but I think it might be fun?"i say excited

"Of course I will be there in 20 minutes" she says

"Wait Derek said he would come get you?" I say

" That's ok I am already driving there" she states

"Ok well thanks Garica ." I say

"Ok bye love" she says the we hang up and Derek is still out side getting something out of his car.

So I decide I will play with his phone. why I am not sure I am not nosey person but I wanted to see if he takes a lot of selfies.

Wait a minute who is in the picture on his home screen. I can't tell cause the apps covered it but I hold on to one apps and slide the screen to see the picture.

it's a snapchat with a line of text on it saying "hanging with the love of my life today"
