The weekend was over which meant it was time to go back to school. Denki stood in the middle of his dorm room; watching his reflection in the mirror.
His bright yellow eyes were now dull and lifeless; he felt as if he was empty inside.
His body was covered in bruises. Some were new and some were old and the others were still healing. There were even more bruises running down his back. Denki was so malnourished; you could almost see his bones.
Denki threw on his uniform; before cutting his arms; and tossed his backpack over his shoulder.
Not wanting to put on a fake smile; Denki walked out of his room and closed his door behind him. He head down to the common room where all of his friends were chatting and waiting for the others to arrive; so they could all leave together.
"Hi Denks. Ready to head to school?" Kirishima asked, flashing a toothy smile. Denki walked pass the red-head; not even passing him a single glance, and walked out of the dormitory.
"What was that about?" Kirishima asked; feeling slightly hurt. "He just walked pass me."
"Maybe he wanted to get to school early." Sero suggested, patting Kiri on the back.
"I don't know, guys." Mina spoke up; a worried tone in her voice. "He's usually so happy to see us."
"We can talk to him during lunch." Bakugo spoke up; gripping his backpack that hung over his shoulder. I hope your father had nothing to do with this.
Class had started and everyone was staring at Denki in shock, including Present Mic. "Are you sure you don't want to draw or stare out the window, little listener?"
Denki shook his head and stared at his teacher. Denki had his notebook open on his desk and his pen in his hand; ready to take his English notes. This shocked everyone because Denki rarely pays attention in class.
As soon as the bell had rung for lunch, Denki was already out of the classroom. "Hey Denks, want to eat lunch with us?" Kirishima ran up to the electric boy; wrapping his arm around Kaminari's shoulder.
Kaminari stopped in his tracks and took Kiri's arm off his shoulder. "Kamibro?" Kirishima stared at the yellow-head but Denki just walked in the other direction, leaving Kirishima in the middle of the hallway.
Standing behind a corner, Bakugo had seen the whole thing. He clenched his fists so tightly that they almost turned white. "Why are you ignoring us, Denki?"
Lunch was over and Denki didn't even come to the cafeteria. The rest of the squad had ate their lunches; in silence; thinking that maybe Denki had wanted to eat alone.
Class had started but Denki wasn't even there. Bakugo stared at the empty seat. Where is he? Class had started and he's late. Bakugo's mind constantly ran on the electric boy; thinking that something could be wrong.
"Bakugo?" Mister Aizawa spoke up, making Bakugo snap out of his thoughts and look up at him. "I need you to give Kaminari his notes."
Mister Aizawa placed 2 sheets of paper in front of Bakugo. "Whatever." Bakugo responded with a sarcastic tone, but mister Aizawa ignored him and continued to teach.
As soon as class was over, Bakugo picked up the 2 sheets of paper and walked into the hallway, heading towards the dorms. He better be there.
As soon as Katsuki entered the dormitory, he went straight to Denki's room. "Dunce Face, are you in there?" Katsuki called out, knocking on the yellow-head's door.
There was no answer; which made Katsuki a bit uncomfortable. "Dunce Face, open up." Bakugo was starting to get irritated. "That's it." Bakugo opened the door and stepped inside; but what he saw made him drop his bag on the floor.
"Dunce Face?" Katsuki stared at the electric boy in horror. Out of all the things Katsuki could have seen, why did he have to see his boyfriend overdosing on pills?
"Denki!!" Katsuki ran over to the shorter male on the floor. "Are you crazy?!" Katsuki picked up the electric boy and cradled his body into his chest.
"Somebody help!!!" Bakugo shouted out; his tears running down his cheeks. Denki gripped Katsuki's shirt tightly. "It's too late for me Katsuki." Denki looked up at the explosive blonde; his eyes getting heavier.
"N-no, don't say that. Stay with me, Denks, stay with me." Katsuki placed Kaminari on floor; doing CPR on the yellow-head's body to get him to stay awake. "Stay with me, Denki."
"Somebody help!!!"
