Chapter 1

"Freen, let's get married!"

"Okay!"

"Really?! Waaaah!" Becky smiled happily like she won jackpot on a lottery but seeing her best friend doing something else gives her the thought that she's not in her right mind reason why she agreed with her so easily. With that thought, the smile she flashed earlier disappeared.

"Are you listening to me, Freen?" She pinched the cheeks of her best friend who's still writing something on a paper.

"Uh-huh." Freen nods in agreement but truthfully she did not know what she just heard earlier.

"I will not let you go back on this! I'll definitely tear your body apart if you do!!" She said jokingly yet she's giggling.

Freen was serious doing her special project for school because if she did not make it on the deadline, she'll definitely fail this school year. She's not really airheaded but she joins athletic competitions in the school which makes her miss a lot of academic classes.

"Hey, Freen! Listen to me! Will you promise me that you'll definitely do what you said just earlier? PLEEEAASE!" Becky hugged Freen's back while she's writing. She rubbed her cheeks on the back of her friend.

"Ah Becbec stop doing that, I'm doing something you know? If I don't pass this I'm definitely dead." She said while imagining herself in that situation.

"Hey, Freen. Promise me first!" Pouting while hugging her friend tighter

When Freen felt the tighter hug from Becky, she turned around to face her immediately. "Okay. I promise Becbec!" Still not knowing what she agreed on, she looked at her intently.

"Can you stop calling me Becbec? We're not kids anymore Freen."

"Eh? But I'm used to it already."

"You don't want to call your wife that childhood nickname, do you?" She said while raising an eyebrow.

"Wife? W-what wife? Whose wife?" Freen stuttered miserably.

"I knew it! Freeeen! You agreed with me earlier, right?"

"Huh? What did I agreed on?"

As expected Becky was right that her friend was not in her right mind to agree with her. "What am I doing? Thinking that she'll definitely take my proposal.UGH!" Becky thought while tears formed in her eyes. She turned around and hugged her knees close to her chest, she sulked.
"Becbec?" Fren called but got response from her.

"Ne, Are you mad?"

Still in silence.

"I'm sorry, I was just really busy with my special project. My parents would really kill me if they found out I failed a subject."

No response.

Freen felt so guilty now getting the silent treatment from her. "Okay Becbe--- ah... Becky, just tell me what you just said earlier and I promise I will agree on it no matter what!" She said not knowing what she just told her friend, she did not know she's agreeing in giving her hand in marriage with Becky.

Hearing that Becky smiled to herself, her heart pounded immensely. She then took a hold of herself and finally looked back at Freen.

"Are you sure? No matter what it is, you'll agree with it?"

"Yes! If that'll make you feel better."

"You sounded like you're just being pushed here."

"No, I'm not! I'm willing to do anything to make you feel better."

Becky can't help but blush while Freen remained clueless.

"Becky, are you alright?"

"Yep."
