Shadow Work

Introduction

Hi, my name's Deanna.
And today, I will be teaching you how to do shadow work, what shadow work is, the types of shadow work, why you'd wanna do shadow work and how it helps.

Tony-my spiritual guide, my go to person, my best friend, promise you, we are soul siblings. Over the past 10 months and every day, he continues to teach, guide and help me nonstop. He opened my eyes to things I could have never seen without him and he's truly a sweetheart. I can't imagine never meeting him because I know we where destined to meat, grow and learn from each other. He's helped me with inner child work, getting in touch with myself, about how important vibrations are and how much the mind and perspective can do. He's constantly teaching me day in and day out and inspired me to write this book. Every day's a moral and if you where to ask me a year ago, I would have said "everyday is a living night mirror." When I met him, I was in a bad state of mind, I just got out of a 8 year abusive relationship and I truly had a big death wish. But he taught me everything revolves around what you think and how to precise things. He warms my heart and touches my soul in such a way I didn't think possible and I didn't know I was able to feel until I really FELT what it was like to have someone there and someone who just understood, something my soul really craved for that my mind thought it was impossible to find or that someone like him would exist. What he's taught me; everything is of the essence of thought. (Well actually he taught me so much MORE then that, but that's one way to sum it up)
Teal Swan-my inspiration, my light of day, Queen of Shadows. She's been through a lot and I really admire her. She's another reason why I wanted to write this book. Thanks to her, I discovered my shadows, brought the darkness to light and will continue to do so. Teal is by far, one of my favorite teachers (next to Tony that is, he's #1 in my book..buuut that's just me)
So on behalf of all the greats teachers I've listed before be and how I got to this point in my life, may I be the first to say y'all are wonderful and I really can't picture my life without ever meeting any of you, your my North Star .
