After making excuses and sending Lydia away, Mrs. Martin or Mrs. Lockwood called Tyler into her office.
"Okay, what the hell is going on?" Tyler growled very irritated looking angrily at his mother "I saw you dying"
"No son, you didn't see" Carol sighed getting up pulling a chair to sit down, and pointing to the other chair for Tyler "I better show you Son, your part vampire, aren't you? Get into my mind! Get into my mind I'm not in verven"
"He is sure?" Tyler asked suspiciously and with a bit of hesitation, Carol on the other hand waved and took Tyler's arm as he wasn't great with vampire powers so he touched her arm to increase the ease of entering Carol's mind.
In the next moment, Tyler found himself in front of a scene with Carol kneeling in front of Klaus "Please spare my son! Kill me, but don't hurt my son!"
"You love your son, don't you? Very well, that idiot has something I never had, I'll spare him, but I'll make him suffer" Klaus growled, bit her wrist, and made her drink his blood then he hit her on the head of Carol making her faint
"AAH," Tyler gasped back to reality, "Damn, so he turned you, damn you Klaus!!"
"Yes" Carol showed the veins on her face proving she was a vampire
Tyler hit the table hard making a loud sound and making Carol gasp "But, that doesn't change that you have another daughter, one I don't know. How many hidden families do you have Mom??"
"First, You have to know, Tyler, your father and I weren't together for a long time! We only pretended to be together so as not to crumble the status we had in the city" Carol raised her voice not letting herself be insulted by Tyler "Second, I'm your mother and you have to respect me"
"Sorry" Tyler lowered his head and the next moment he growled again while showing an ironic smile "But, after all, you didn't even tell me about life, and you went to this city, I can see which is your favorite Children, right?"
"Of course not Tyler! I don't have a favorite child!" Carol screamed and pointed at Tyler "I had a sinking heart every moment I was without you, but I was afraid that Klaus would use me staying in town as an excuse to kill you and Lydia can't turn into a wolf and kill her attackers Tyler!"
"Aahhhh"
Tyler's ear heard the sigh and he looked out "Is someone listening to us" Tyler yelled jumping up from his chair
"What who?" Carol yelled back
"I'll see now" Tyler blurted to the door and opened it seeing his newfound sister running down the school corridor at a distance from him "Damn, I can't risk going after her"
If Tyler used his speed, he could reach Lydia in seconds, but there was a werewolf nearby and he could attack him thinking that Tyler was a vampire, forcing Tyler to murder at school.
Tyler at least was sure that if Tyler wasn't a hybrid, but just a vampire, he would have killed a werewolf as soon as possible so as not to get bitten.
"Damn it, Lydia!" Carol sighed looking at Lydia's back "Tyler can you stay around town?"
Carol looked at Tyler with a sigh mixed with hope and fear "Stay at my house, you're my son, you can stay there! I don't want to be away from you"
"What's the real reason?" Tyler asked looking directly into his mother's eyes
"That's the real reason, but, the city is full of the supernatural, Lydia has been hurt before, Tyler you are among one of the most powerful individuals in the supernatural world" Carol spoke with pauses trying not to sound like she just wanted Tyler there just so he is safe from Lydia "and you deserve to be in one place with one family, without having to run away"
Tyler felt anger rise when he realized his mother wanted him to protect Tyler's newfound sister, but, he sighed, having a home to go back to is nice!

In the school cafeteria, the whole pack was there, except for Derek and the dead werewolves!
"Guys!" Lydia's low scream got everyone's attention and as she sat down in the chair next to Alisson, Lydia took a deep breath, "I have a brother and he's a werewolf!"
"Are you sure? and how the hell did you not know you had a brother?" Stiles asked worriedly "It's not enough a pack of alphas, animals acting weird, and now a new wolf, are you sure Lydia?"
"I'm sure Stiles, he yelled at my mom talking about how he didn't know she had another daughter and how she came here when the situation got tough," Lydia said in a panic trying to calm down "And my mom said that unlike him, I can't turn into a wolf and kill my attackers"
"Did you just hear that?" Scott asked curiously and everyone looked at Lydia
"I also heard that someone wanted to kill my brother and make him suffer so they forced my mother to abandon my brother," Lydia said indignantly
"Maybe a hunter or an alpha" Liam spoke thoughtfully
Everyone looked at Alisson on instinct and she just shook her head irritably.
"But, I think we can bring him to our side" Scott the most hopeful of the pack said "I mean, Lydia can do that, can't she?"
"Scott, you didn't hear what she said, Lydia's mother said that Lydia's brother could turn into a wolf and kill the bullies, he already killed someone!" Stiles spoke worried and suspicious "He could be dangerous"
"She said bullies, so he might have been attacked" Scott spoke with a sigh "You know, let's see what kind of person he is first"
