Gulf stood in front of the flashing cameras, his heart heavy with the weight of the past. He had tried to move on, to forget about Mew and their secret relationship, but the fans just wouldn't let him. They continued to ask the same question, over and over again, "Will you ever work together again?"
It had been two long years since Mew had broken up with him, but the pain still lingered. Gulf had thought they had something special, that their love was real, but Mew had shattered that illusion with a single word - women. Gulf had been devastated, but he couldn't show it. Not when he was in the public eye.
So he had put on a brave face, smiled through the pain, and pretended that everything was fine. But the truth was, Gulf was still hurting. He missed Mew, missed the way they used to laugh and joke around on set, missed the warmth of his embrace.
But now, Mew was gone, and Gulf was left alone to face the questions and the scrutiny of the public eye. And when Mew had denied their relationship in that interview, Gulf had felt like his heart had been ripped out of his chest. How could Mew do this to him? How could he deny their love, their passion, their connection?
But Gulf knew the answer to that question - it was easier to deny their love than to face the consequences of it. In the world they lived in, being gay was still taboo, still frowned upon by many. And Mew, as a rising star in the industry, couldn't afford to be associated with something that could potentially harm his career.
Gulf understood this, he did. But that didn't make the pain any less real, any less agonizing. He had loved Mew with all his heart, and now, he had to pretend as if their relationship had never existed. It was a bitter pill to swallow.
As he faced the cameras, Gulf tried his best to smile, trying his best to put on a brave face. But deep down, he knew that he was still broken, still hurting, still longing for a love that had been taken away from him far too soon.
The reporters continued to barrage Gulf with questions, not satisfied with his previous answers. "But Gulf, we saw the way you looked at Mew on set, the way you two interacted. How can you deny that there was something more between you?"
Gulf sighed, feeling the weight of the past crashing down on him. "Look, I understand that our chemistry was good on set. But that's all it was, chemistry for the sake of the show. Mew, and I were just coworkers who got along well."
The reporters weren't convinced, and one of them asked, "But what about the pictures of you two holding hands, kissing? You can't just deny that those were real."
Gulf's heart raced as he tried to come up with a plausible answer. "Those pictures were just a result of fanservice. We were just playing around for the camera. There was nothing romantic about it."
The reporters continued to probe, but Gulf refused to budge. He knew that he had to maintain the façade, that he couldn't reveal the truth about his relationship with Mew. It was too dangerous, too risky.
As the interview wrapped up, Gulf tried his best to maintain his composure. But as soon as the cameras were turned off, he collapsed onto a nearby couch, tears brimming in his eyes.
"Move on, Gulf. It has been two years now," he whispered as he stood up to join his manager who was waiting impatiently to drive him to his new project.

Meanwhile, Mew was getting ready to leave for his music studio to record a new song. Just as he was about to head out, he received a message from his manager with a link to an interview Gulf had just given.
With a heavy heart, Mew reluctantly clicked on the link and listened to Gulf's calm and composed responses to questions about their past relationship. He couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt and regret. Gulf was still as cute and pretty as ever, but he had grown so much emotionally. Mew couldn't shake off the feeling that he had let Gulf down.
Trying to push his feelings aside, Mew hurried to his car and hit the road. But as he was stuck in traffic, his mind kept wandering back to Gulf. He looked out the window and saw Gulf and his manager's car parked just a few lanes over. Gulf looked stunning, as always, and Mew felt a sudden pang in his chest.
He watched as Gulf stepped out of the car, smiling and shaking hands with another actor. Mew couldn't help but wonder if Gulf was still doing the BL series. He remembered how shy and innocent Gulf had been when they first met, and how he had helped him gain confidence and grow as an actor.
As the traffic cleared and Mew started driving again, he couldn't get Gulf out of his mind. He felt a sense of yearning and a deep ache in his heart. He knew that he had hurt Gulf deeply, and he regretted it every day. He wished he could turn back time and do things differently.
Arriving at the studio, Mew was greeted by his girlfriend Lisa, who was waiting for him. But his mind was still preoccupied with thoughts of the Gulf. He couldn't shake off the feeling that he had made a huge mistake by letting him go. As he sat down to record his new song, he found himself pouring all his emotions into the lyrics. The melody was sad and melancholic, a reflection of the pain and regret he felt inside.
As the recording session ended, Mew couldn't help but wonder if he would ever get the chance to make things right with Gulf. He knew that it was unlikely, given that they were now signed with different agencies and hardly saw each other. But the memory of Gulf's smile and the sound of his voice stayed with him long after he left the studio.
