(George POV) 'Oh god oh god!' I thought speed walking to the D-Class containment room. 'How did they find out, how did the O5 council find out about Y/N?!' I continued walking down the hallway, clipboard in my right hand.
Today was my turn to check on Y/N but as I was getting ready, the O5 council announced that I get to their office immediately. I walked over with my clipboard so that I wouldn't need to go back for it. As I entered I new that something was wrong. Puffy, Jschlatt, Alyssa, Niki, Punz, and Eret were also there. "Great now that your here let's start." One of the O5 council members said.
I stood next to Punz as the council members began. "What's going on?"I whispered to him. He looked at me then said, "the O5 council has discovered Y/N." This caused me to go pale. 'What but how no one was there except the D-Class and some of us staff.' I thought, half listening half thinking. 'How did they find out.'
"George." One of the O5 council members said breaking my train of thought. "Y-yes." I said stuttering. "You were one the people to witness the moments after the birth, correct." They said."C-correct." I said still stuttering. "Them did you notice anything strange about them?" They asked. I was going to lie but they beat me to it. "There is no point lying, just tell us what you saw." I looked down, then at the others, then at them."I saw that their eyes were different." they nodded as I spoke. "How so?" Another asked. God this was a problem. "1 of their eyes were F/C and the other was S/F/C with slits like a reptiles as pupils." They seem deep in thought as of hearing this.
I shuffled my feet feeling uncomfortable in the silence. "What shall be done with the child." Puffy suddenly said. We turned to her. Puffy looked nervous, I would too but we need to understand that this was going to happen one day. Just not this soon.
"Well, since you all have decided that they'll be a D-Class here," they began. "That's what they'll be." What. We decided that they'll be a D-Class to hide from the O5 council, not to be used as a subject.
"Wait what, you can't do that?!?" I yelled. Why did I yell, I don't know. All I did know was they couldn't do that to them.
"This is the final decision," someone said. "You can't change this." So many things were swirling in my mind right now. I couldn't hear anyone talking, even if it was to me.
"George!" Someone yelled. I looked up to see Puffy in front of me, her hands on my shoulders. I was shaking a bit. "Calm down, everything will be ok." She spoke softly. I nodded as she pulled away.
She went back to her spot and I turned back tot he O5 council. "George." They said. "Yes."I said trying my best not to yell. "All of you check on Y/N right?""Yes, today's my turn." I told them. There's no point hiding it anymore. "Then take this clipboard, tell them the news, and bring them to the SCP shown on the board." They said handing a clipboard to me. I nodded, not knowing what else to say. "Good, this meeting is dismissed." That was the last things they said before telling us to get back to work.
I started walking to the D-Class containment room. I looked down at the board looking for what SCP they'll be trapped with. SCP 2223 AKA Dream. I froze. 'him, that thing, that thing that was a Keter class dangerous SCP. With a child?!?' I thought as I started speed walking down. 'How did they find out?!? Who snitched?!' I was sprinting a bit now. I got to the room and slowed down. 'I need to look calm, otherwise they'll think something's wrong even though everything is wrong.' I calmed myself to the best of my ability as I took my keycard out and ran it down the scanner.
The door opened. Y/N was standing with their aunt, 1390 and one other. I looked at them then smiled, as though nothing happened. "Ok everyone, you know the drill." I called their names as they walked up getting their assigned SCP of the day. Some grumbled as they saw the SCP their pair with while others cheered.
I looked at Y/N to see them playing with the few toys we bring them. They looked up and smiled. I almost forgot about the meeting until I looked at the clipboard again. I knew that I needed to do this.
"Y/N would you come with me please?"I said a slight smile on my face. Their aunt was next to me, looking confused. I whispered what happened and saw her go visibly pale. Her and I started to whisper as Y/N walked towards us.
I hope that everything will turn out fine. But the chances of that are slim. Very slim.
