I woke up with a growing sensation of awareness in my stomach.

I haven't met the guy im gonna marry yet and were getting married NEXT WEEK.

I know its romantic and shit too meet your future husband the day you get married and him being stupidly handsome, blah blah blah, but this was different! At least for me, I would much rather have a good relationship with him before I get married - which is still think is stupid - but I know that wont happen, my dad will refuse to let me meet him.

I got out of bed knowing I'll need to actually do something else today.

I'm planning on checking out a recently opened coffee shop for breakfast, I can think about the upcoming days and how I'll solve it plus getting my daily caffeine.

After I showered I put on my necklace formed in a sun, it was special to me since before my dad became way too distracted in work he gave it too me as a gift. It was formed like a sun and it fit perfectly with my name, Grian means sun in the Irish language.

I changed to my usual red sweater and beige-brownish pants and waved goodbye to my mother as I left to the shop.

It was mid spring and a ton of beautiful flowers were popped up around. The sun was shining through some small clouds with a warm wind showering over me. It was all very calming.

I arrived at the coffee shop. It was a small cute building at the start of an alleyway and across of a park. The shop was covered with bright green vines like it was a old house but renovated into a coffee shop.

I pushed the door knob and a bell rung as I strolled inside the building. I immediately smelled a strong sent of coffee and flowers. The interior was the same style as the exterior, but with more details and coziness added to it. The walls were covered with cute paintings of cats and art work, plants were covered around the room and some small tables with chairs with cute candles on top too.

"Woah" I muttered a loud by accident as I looked around.

I heard ad a small chuckle come from behind the counter, "Do you like it?"

I turned to look at the voice, it belonged to a quite tall man with black hair and a mustache. He wore a white shirt - those you usually have under a suit -, it was cut off to his mid arm which showed his biceps just a little, he had black apron with a cute cat design on it. His smile was calm and friendly which made me walk over to him, when I came closer I could tell that I was about his shoulder height.

"Yes of course! Its beautiful and really cozy, I bet you get many customers!" I replied cheerfully.

"Oh actually-" I glanced up at his face and down on his arms, he was actually pretty attractive. As I studied his features something catched my eye while he continued to talk. It was a name tag, but the name made my heart race at least twice as fast as normal.

'Mumbo'

Blush creeped in my cheeks as I stared at the name, I bet my mouth was agape but i couldn't get myself to focus on anything else than the name tag. It may just be a coincidence that the guy im getting married to literally next week is named the same as the person in the coffee shop but it still left me trapped in the same position.
