I agreed to help Mom deal with whatever Suu unleashed in the nearby park, since letting Suu run loose was my fault too.

"Alright Suu do your thing." I watched her staring out at the lake.

"To think we must slay a giant." Cerea commented.

"Why is this thing even after Suu?" Miia asked.

"I think you'll know when you see it." Mom explained.

"I wonder how they're gonna capture it, I'm kinda curious." I looked at all the fire truck like machines set up around the area.

"Ah it's here!" Miia yelled when the little PDA they gave her started beeping a lot.

I looked over and saw the water in the lake starting to rise up as something was surfacing. A large slimy black gooey tentacle rose up out of the water and blinked kinda like an angler fish.

('Is that a…")

"A giant slime." I looked at the large gooey ball like monster "Suu must have let it out since they were both slimes."

"Why did you bring a giant slime to japan?" Miss Smith asked mom.

"I didn't it snuck into a cargo container." She said "I don't know where it came from or how it got on the ship in the first place, and slime samples aren't easy to come by. So I filed it as new materials for Expo use."

"You plan on catching this thing how?" She asked.

"HRAA!" Miia used her tail to pull Suu back from the water and into a nearby cart.

Cerea used her horse skills to pull the cart with the three of us in it, the large slime growling and slithering out of the water after us. Those trucks that had been set up around the area started spraying it with some kind of powder or solvent that made it slow down and get stuck.

"Wow was that it?" Miia asked.

"I know it was super easy." I blinked "Oh I probably shouldn't have said that.

Suddenly a giant crooked clawed hand shot out of the foam pile at us

A gigantic black and purple slime woman emerged from the woman, she was kinda like Suu but her tentacles were spikier looking than smooth.

"The giant slime turned into Suu!" Miia yelled as the large woman stepped out of the foam "And she's coming this way!"

('I wonder why it took a shape like Suu, did she learn it from her or just have to take on a more condensed shape to avoid the foam?')

"HMPH!" both of my mothers jumped in the cart as we sped passed them.

"Why does it keep chasing us?" Miia asked.

"I think it wants Suu." I said as the slime girl looked up at me "Slimes merge and split to reproduce, mixing strenght and experiences, and Suu sure has a lot of experiences from spending time here."

"…" everyone looked at me.

"Hey I read!" I yelled.

"Learning about other species, you're making me so proud." Mom smiled.

"Not the time for a touching moment!" I rolled my eyes "If that big thing 'eats' Suu she'll absorb her and all her memories and stuff."

"HMM PTOO!" The giant spit a gush of water at the cart to flip it over.

We wiped out and crashed, I maned to get up as Suu walked over to me.

"I'm fine, thanks for checking." I smiled.
