First Encounter : Rinsagi

Rin and Isagi

First encounter

"Ouch!"
A voice that could almost be heard by the entire class, the whole class looked to see who made the sound, it was Rin. He accidentally burned his left hand when he was cooking at home eco class, due to the burned hand, his table mate told him to go to the nurse's office, but Rin declined saying he was alright, the teacher heard the two boys' conversation and interrupted them."Itoshi, please head to the nurse's office, you don't want to worsen the wound," the teacher said in an insistent voice. Rin declined and hesitated at first, but since the teacher insisted, he decided to just go, not wanting to make a big deal out of it.

The turquoise-eyed boy walked through the school's corridor, making his way to the nurse's office.
"The wound isn't even that bad.." Rin mumbled.

He arrived, just in front of the nurse's office there he was greeted by a sign that was stick to the door saying "On a lunch break, will be back in 15 minutes, thank you"

Rin walked in the door anyways, the nurse will be here soon he thought. At Rin's sight, he saw a dark blue-haired boy sleeping peacefully, he was all curled up on the bed. He tried to be as quiet as he could, but by accident, he shut the sliding door a little bit too loud
that made the blue-haired boy wake up from his nap.

"Mmmph~" He immediately got up and sat on the bed crossing his legs, gently rubbing his eyes "..is the nurse here already?" he said in a sleepy tone trying to keep his eyelids open.

"Sorry, for waking you up" Rin replied, obviously feeling guilty after waking someone up.

"Eh?I never knew the nurses here are so handsome.." Rin's pretty sure that the boy was still half-asleep, however the compliment that was given managed to make Rin blushed a little.

"I am not a nurse."

The boy's eyes immediately widened, rubbing his eyes harshly.

"AH! I am so sorry! I am fully awake now! Ignore what I said before!!" he said, filled with embarrassment, completely regretting everything.

Rin shook his head saying that it's fine, no need to worry. Deep down, he thought that the boy was adorable, the way his eyes widened  like a cat. He was curious about his name, maybe this is a good chance for him to get a cute boy, he laughed as he thought of that.

Rin cleared his throat before saying "What's your name?"

"Um! Isagi! I am Isagi Yoichi from class 2-3!"

Rin also introduced himself "My name is Itoshi Rin from class 2-5."

"Of course I know you, Rin!! You're popular here y'know?"

Well he cannot say that he wasn't aware of him being popular, many fangirls and even fanboys, but he doesn't really care. He even returned and rejected all the valentine's chocolate that was given to him.

"Why are you at the nurse's office, Isagi?" Rin asked.

"I have a cold and the teacher told me to rest here" Isagi replied which was asked back by Rin "why didn't you just go home if you're sick?"

"I am pretty sure it isn't a bad cold, so instead of going home, I'm just gonna rest here, so if I feel better I can just go back to class easily," Isagi explained.

Rin just nodded in response, the blue-eyed boy asked a question back, "how about you, why are you here?"

"I accidentally burned my hand during home eco class, even though i insisted I was fine, the teacher forced me,"

"Ooh, how bad is the burn?"

"It isn't that bad"

It's been about 10 minutes since Rin entered the nurse's office, and yet the nurse wasn't back yet; however he managed to find an ointment and bandages that could help him heal the burn.

But instead of going back to class, he decided to just stay and chat with Isagi. He wasn't sure why he made that decision despite the next class being his favorite subject, Biology. He chose to stay with a boy who he just met not even an hour ago.

All he thought was that he really found Isagi cute and comfortable to talk to, he was confused on why he thought about that. Probably in many people's eyes, Isagi was just an average boy, but in Rin's eyes, he was somewhat special, though he didn't know why he found him special.

He always finds talking with people annoying as heck, he said. But with Isagi, that's totally different, they even talked a lot about each other, which was surprising since Rin doesn't open up too much about himself.

Rin was sitting on the chair right next to the bed that was occupied by Isagi. They were still happily chatting, about favorite colors, favorite subjects and other basic questions; even though it might be basic for some but to both of them it was enjoyable.

"Rin, when's your birthday?"

The person being questioned replied
" September 9th, you?"

"HAHA! I am older than you! I am April 1st!" Isagi said with a proud look on his face.

"Why are you so proud about it? You're only 5 months older.  And also says the one who's born as a joke.." Rin said jokingly.

"HEY! Don't say that! That's mean.." Isagi replied with a sad-angry tone. Rin couldn't help but laugh at it.

"RIN! Stop laughing! Or I'll punch that handsome face of yours!"

The word Adorable is flying through Rin's mind in and out when chatting with him.

In the middle of the chat, Isagi felt his head spinning and he couldn't pay attention to the chat properly.
"Ah..my head..hurts..Rin," Rin heard him, with a worried look on his face "Okay wait, i'll find the medicine" before that he lift up Isagi's bangs and placed his hand on his forehead, checking his temperature, "It's hot, you might've a cold"

Isagi's laying in bed as his vision became blurry, he felt like his body was being cooked alive, he couldn't handle it, his head was in pain, so he decided to take a rest.

Rin searched and checked each cabinet with no luck finding the medicine,
"Isagi, I can't find it." no answers from the boy "Isagi?" As he turned around he saw Isagi's red face resting, he must admit he found Isagi cute when he's sleeping. He looked around to find a blanket to cover him up.

He was about to go and find the nurse immediately, but good thing the nurse came at the right time.

An hour went by, Isagi managed to regain his consciousness, he felt a lot better after that rest and with a blanket covering him made the nap even better. And the first thing he thought of was "Where's Rin?" He looked around. While the taller boy who was behind the curtain answered , "I'm here,"

"EH?! Why haven't you gone back to class yet??"

"Why? You don't want me here?"

"N-no! That's not it! It's just.. why are you here?"

"Waiting for you to wake up.." you look like a cute rabbit when you're sleeping. Is what Rin wanted to say but he stopped himself.

"But the nurse could do that!"

"I can't possibly leave before getting your phone number.."

end.

This is a one part story. Yeah, it ended like this.
